I think I did okay today except for my portion sizes. For breakfast I had two bowls of what supposebly is healthy cerial but has 200 cals a bowl and skim milk. Then for lunch I had two penutbutter and fluff sandwiches. Then for dinner I had two bowls of chicken soup. For desert I had half a low carb bar with a lot of calories. It tasted like crap, lol. For exersize I jogged for 40 minutes. I want to do 25 situps but I'm so tirrrrrrrred. should i make myself do them?

Yea, If you think you're up to it. If u r really tired then maybe u should start w/ less like around 5-10 sit ups and gradually move up to more. Anywayz, good luck!
