hey guys...Man...I have two weeks before school starts. I did get back up to 132 but I'm 129 again so I'm happy I guess. My school goal was 125 and I really want to reach that goal. that's 4 lbs in two weeks. I know its possible and I want to do it. I just need that little bit of extra support. I'm so glad I made it this far from being 147 and everything. My final goal weight range is 112-117 so I kind of still have a long way to go. Just to let people know...I'm only 5'1" so that's healthy for me. I have a wounderful new boyfriend and he treats me so well. I know he really likes me for who I am. I'm feeling so much better now. hey, i thought some of you on this site may be interested in this: how to find your frame size. Place your middle finger and thumb around the base of your wrist. If they touch, you have a medium frame. If they overlap, you have a small frame. If they do not meet, you have a large frame.

Today I went to te doctors cuz i had a ear ache and they ook my height and weight im 5'3 1/2 and 181 lbs worst o all my mom know and she was shocked now she knows my rea weight and i have to go for a physical soon I for got what a physical was can someone explain to me? and today i only had 290 calories im thinking i might eat l8er im to overwhelmed with the panright now so wish me luck with my mom.

well today i had a protein shake for breakfast-210, and i didnt eat lunch at school because i was new and i was too nervous..but then for a snack i had a piece of roast beef...25 cals...but im not gonna be able to work out tonight because im going to the mall n stuff...soo how does it sound like i did...plus ill probably be having like 1000 cals for dinner...i dono.

okay so, i'm in danger of being overweight. i weigh 140 and i'm 5'2. my problem areas are mostly stomach and thighs. i'm kinda not sure what i should do. i'm gonna try to change my eating habits and do some excersises. i'm thinking more of cardio workouts....and a good diet. maybe an egg for breakfast, salad with chicken in it for lunch, and then half of what my mom cooks for dinner instead of the usual amount that i ate. then maybe for excersise riding my bike for 7 miles and some dancing. if anyone has ANY tips for me, i'd really appreciate it. i'm kinda new to this site. thanks a lot. :)

im 5 5 and i weigh 235 lbs. ive played baseball every year for the last 5 eyars includign this year, but i just cant run anymore liek i used to cauze im carrying around so much fat. should i try to play again in my winter league or just quit baseball because i cannot move very fast without getting winded. i get winded when i have to run to first base, and it takes me at least twice the time of everyone else on my team to run to first.

hey if anyone wants to lose wight heathly and kinda fast do weight watchers it works but u haveto follow it u can cheat maybe 1 day if u have to and do like walking or some type of excericse like teabo runningswiming anyhtignand ull lose weight u dont even haveto work out try it its a miracle lol

hi i am christina im 5'1" and 156 lbs i have been diagnosed as serverly depressed and i cant lose my weight. i dont feel like i am wanted even by the one person i care about. i need to loose weight and if i dont i will starve myself...ive tried everything.if anyone has any advice or something please...id apreciate anything

Hello everyone..well it seems everyone wants to loose weight, and are stressing about it..well in order to wanting to loose the weight u have to do it as your goal, and not doing it the unhealthy way but the healthy way..i used to do all the bad things in order to loose weight, i did pills and trew up what i ate and it was bad! not only did i got sick, i also hurt my family and friends and also hurt myself. I learn that u have to be happy with yourself first and not just the weight.it does not matter if u are fat, too skinny, too short or too tall..anyone can loose the weight they want if they want to and set their minds on loosing thr weight in the right way. That is eating alot of veggies and fruits and carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, mangos and apples and pepinos(cucumber in portuguese/spanish)also working out can also be fun too!! it does not have to be boring, u can make it fun..like...
