Ok guys...I am ready to do this. I am 130.5 pounds. I guess that's good considering I started at 147 but It's bad because I had gotten down to 127 so I gained 3.5 pounds back of what I lost. My goal is 125 before school starts...I start back on the 30th of this month. so I have 5.5 pounds to lose. I don't know how I'm going to do this but I am determined. Good luck people...I hope I make it

Hey guys! I'm starting Atkin's today. Anywho, I was wondering about something. I drink 3 or 4 bottles of water a day. They are the big kind (I think it says 1.5 liters). I wasn't sure how this fit in with the 8, 8 ounce glasses of water a day. I am not that good at converting and stuff. Thanks! -jenni*

i have severe cravings right now for fruit and veggies. Especially orange juice, bananas, spanish olives, and pineapple. Geez this should make it easy to diet. I almost went the entire day without eating anything but veggies and fruitbreakfast: banana, orange juice, and a few oliveslunch: pineapple and apple juicedinner: buttered noodlesdarn those delicious noodles

i quit the 3-day diet the same day i stated it it was bad it was like starving your self i couldent do it so i got off of it and i didnt eat the tuna i ate half of it and trough it away i couldnt take it so im just going to meuser out may food and stay under 1200 cals a day and wrokout how dose that sound

u think its possible to lose 50pounds by June thats when my Prom is and right now i weigh 205 5'8 and i want to get down to a size 8 right now im a size 16.. do u think thats possible ifi do aerobics for a hour a day and walk 15 mintues. If i could lose the weight by then and eat healthy? give me ur advice please thanks

hey just for an exercise tip. you should all go out and buy the august 04 issue of Prevention magazine. its the same shape as a readers digest. but the reason u should get it is because they have a really good 3 week body makeover and the exercises r great. it costs 2.99 so its totally worth it!

So i went ot the doctors this morning, knowing that i lost some weight i was waiting to here what my doctor was going to say. Well when she is looking at how i grew, she noticed i was 70kg(154 pounds) and now i am 66.5 kg(146 pounds) plus i grew 3 inches. Well she was very suprised as she noticed i was less than i was last year, and said "you shoulnd't have lost any weight, so we must have wrote it down wrong, as 70 kg is awfully a lot". kind of embaressed when she said this, i told her i never thought i lost amy weight, and she said "good, young girls like u don't need to lose weight, u have to accept your body for who u are" and i just smiled and nodded. so she kept the theory that it was just wriiten down wrong. then she told me dad this and he told her i have slimmed down a bit, but once she said 70kg he was blown away and said (even tho it is only 8 more pounds than i am now) wow,... UR PROBABLY THINKING HOLY CRAP I CAN NEVER DO THAT WELL IF I CAN U CAN!!!! UR STOMACHE IS ONLY AS BIG AS UR FIST (EVERY PEROSN HAS DIFFERNT SIZE FISTS) THAT IS VERY KEY MAKE SUR EU EAT NO MORE THAN THE SIZE OF UR FIST!!!THIS DIET WORKED FOR ME CONIUNE THIS FOR A MOTNH AND ULL SEE RESULTS ITS EASY NO FANCY PILLS NO FANCY OILS OR CRAP IT WORKS!!!
