hey! does anyone know how long it takes to lose around 80 pounds? i want to look good for prom and i promise to stay committed this time. prom is in may and i'd have to start looking for dresses in febuary, the latest march. is 6 or 7 months enough time?

i thought that with all my crunches, running in place, and deiting, i would have lost some weight after my period. I look and feel a little thinner, but I weigh 165.

hey whats up? well, i have tried for quite a while to lose weight or to at least lose some inches from my waist. i have been in sports for partial of my life and am very into running. Last year i was in crosscountry for my school and track and field. and do abdominals. But none of it seems to work. i am 5'3 and weigh 138. Statistics say that i am at risk of becoming overweight. i have quite some muscle on my legs from a lot of running, so the calculation might be incorrect... hey you guys!! ive been takeing the green tea diet pills and i have a lot of enegery i go bike rideing every morning for like 45min and then like befor i go to bed i do all these crunchies and different exercises and also go for a 15 min walk oh yeah and i drink plenty of water and only eat 3 times a day and i dont eat after 8p.m. hey does that sound good??? if anyone has any tips please tell me!!!

Oh ya! And anyone wanted to get really toned up this year, you can maybe start taking gymnastics, as i've heard that gymnastics is one of the only sports that works nearly every muscel in the body...its how i got slim and toned in 8th grade, and im starting it again at the beginning of 9th...but you'll have to work hard!

Hey everyone! I have a great way to slim thighs! If you know how to do frog leaps, do 75-100 of those in a row every day or every other day, because i did 75 and i was soooo sore for 3 days, and wen i tried on my new school pants they all fit looser! if you do them right you should be sore for a long time afterward! luv ya all! Hope this helps!

Hey I have been off my routine for a while and im slowly starting to get back on my routine and it is getting frustratin cuz I feel I need to eat when I am bored I need to stop that and I need to not eat a lot at meals so I can loose this weight I am doin this one excercise thing to loose 4 inches in a week but I need to stop eating junk to see the results so starting right now today the 12th day of august 2004 I am makein a pac to eat healthy for the rest of my liife and stay in shape so I can become the best basketball player I know I can be.
