ok, here's my new 'plan' currently i am just a few pounds over the healthy weight, so i am not too concerend. so i am thinking i am gonna go back to eating normally, as in just as any other person who isn't overweight eats, as in eat a normal well balanced meal, not worry about having too many carbs, calories, or fats, just not always pigging out on junk, but being able to not feel afterwards guilt towards having something like a pice of cake or some chips. i just want to enjoy life, and not have that extra stress of food lingering there. eating a balanced diet with treats once in a while(although without truly watching calories and stuff) and with regular, lifestyle exercise (walking, soccer) do u think i will lose wieght, maintain my weight or gain??

If you get a pedometer and check how many steps you step in a day, you should do at least 10,000. If you do, you will lose weight!

Well i woke up at 1:50 today and i went to the mall (for 3 hours, so walking around hopefully burned some calories!) But at the mall i had a small quizno's ham/cheese sandwich, and a cup of broccoli cheese soup, with raspberry tea. But all i ran today was 2 miles, and ihavent had dinner yet, but im either gonna have a weight watchers, or i may end up going out to eat, so ohow does my day sound...is 2 miles enough to run ??

here was my day...woke up around 11 and had a protein shake (About 250 cals) then we went and picked up the car from the shop and we went to subway (ham, mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, on monterray cheddar bread, like 400?) then me n my sister went to the pool to tan and i had 2 recese peanut butter cups (like 240 cals, i know its so bad, but i LOVE those!) then i ran 3 miles strait around 6. Then i had a one person lasagna thing, well i had half because my dog stole the other half! (so in all i really had like 190 cals, and i had a glass of milk too. Then i went to the gym and i ran (at 8.5 speed)2 miles! and i did only like 3 minutes on the bike thing and 8 minutes on the stairs, then i lifted weights (legs and arms) and did abs also, i also did the steam room. Then we went to bennegans and i had a virgin strawberry dacari and some cheese sticks (fried...bad!) and potato skins "(bad!) so how do you guys think i did today?! (im so proud because i ran 5 miles!)

I ate too much yesturday! For breakfast I had 2 and a half doughnuts, for lunch I had a corndog and chocolate ice cream, for a snack I had fried green tomatoes w/ ranch dressing and some strawberry limeade. Then a few hours after that I had a corndog again and went out to eat for supper, but I ate healthy there until the 2 cookies for dessert! I excersized all day yesturday though. This morning my mom woke me up at like 6 and we went to the gym and I had a 2 point ice cream thing from smart ones, so that was healthy. And I have had a few peppermints. I hope I can do better today!

TO PAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why don't you want to tell your mum??? She will be exspecting you to start soon because your about the right age, how do you think she'll react to this news? Having your period doesn't mean your an over night woman, it's just your body's first step into womanhood. There is nothing to be ashamed of and it's an amazing blessing, that is sometimes seen as a curse. When I started my period it was my older brothers that went and bought the pads for me, how the years have passed!! I didn't want them knowing but it didn't ruin my life because they did know.I found it easier telling people and shockingly this month, I told my best guy friend. I never done that before and I was well chuffed!!!!!! Never had the period conversation with my dad, must make it a "must do" for the year 2015!!!!!!lol Everything will be fine babes, just tell your mum if you get your period this month because she's gonna find out some time. Plus it's better you telling her than her finding out for herself. Mothers know all, and find out everything they don't!!!!!!!!! Krystle xxx
