hi i am christina im 5'1" and 156 lbs i have been diagnosed as serverly depressed and i cant lose my weight. i dont feel like i am wanted even by the one person i care about. i need to loose weight and if i dont i will starve myself...ive tried everything.if anyone has any advice or something please...id apreciate anything

okkkk, totally just got cut off from my other letter, but anyways, are you on medication, because i remember when i wasnt on meds i was miserable, didnt feel like doing anything, rite? then the doctor put me on prozac, and i know what they say about the medicine, but it actually helped, i stopped feeling so depressed, and when i felt like doing something, i'd go to curves with my mom, and i 've been doing that for the past month, and i've lose four pounds, (i know its not alot but its a start) let me know if the info i gave you works, email me at sketchergirl0106@hotmail.com! if you wanna

ditto what sarah said. for excersise , i like biking, running, walking, ice skating (go to the ymca or something and just go in circles), rock climbing (at a club or on a real mountain), even jumping rope.
and i'm sure you don't want to hear this, but even if that "one person" doesn't care about you, some one still does -- GOD. god will always love you for who you are, even if you weigh a thousand pounds. he created you, and he even died for you. i promise! email me @ wmijking@comcast.net

hi, im 5"3 and 175lbs, i have got down from 189LBS and still going! the way i have done it so far is simply to get a lot more exercise and do varities of different exercises a couple of imtes a week for at least half an hour cut down what i eat and stopped eating junk food, i am not on a diet i just eat a lot more fruit and vegetables. i havent been on a diet at all because usualy wen u come off a diet u put the weight back on and more so i have just changed my life a round to be healthy. gud look! x
