Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - Have you pictured yourself being healthy? weight feeling comfrotable in clothes again or the first time ever! small portions drink lots of water move more instead of watching tv or on the computer for 3-4 hours.Don't just sit and canplain do something about it, I have learned canplaining about your weight gets you no where. This mounth has made me get more motaved,I been sick for a few days with sneezing,now the deep coughing,I did not eat much.I have a bad cold,still trying to lose more weight! delia's goes tops xs-2xl pants 00-19. I want to be a size 3! s tops.You don't eat much when you are sick. Keep going with January's progess weight loss! not giving up! I know a size 3 Juniours will look good on me!I don't care what my aunts and my sister grandma say to me.IM proving them wrong already,once I reach my goal weight,I will have them proved wrong that my goal is to prove them wrong!

I noicted that rencelty that they started to slide on me, I was like did this just happen! back in Novemeber they were not lose I guess of my walking helped I did a lot of walking in December 2o11! and my current eating habits helped me a lot! I want to say that I lost 62 pounds! this summer! I will jump when the BMI says I am in healthy! that my goal! how are you Joey! I Walked almost everyday in December 2011! Joey I promise you once you lost weight,to be healthy weight! if one is down because being called fat,just write a coumment what you think?

Hey beautiful girls and boys!
I hope that everyone is just where they want to be so far after the first week of the 2 week contest :)
I have found that having others around and feeling the same way as i do really helps me push through.
I decided on starting the contest to help myself as well as everyone else wanting to lose weight and stick to it.
I decided not long ago that i need to stop lying to myself. I would look at myself and lie and say, 'nah, its ok, some chocolate wont make you fat, your not fat'
The truth is. I. AM.
And it is only me that can change that.
It is only me that can make the decision to get of my bum and exercise.
It is only me that can change myself for the better.
****** REMEMBER **** You only live life once, be whatever, whoever, you want to be, no body said it would be easy, but they promiced that it would be worth it.

Okay so mine are: 25 waist (I don't get that because that's the advrage for a girl my age and height and my weight isn't advrage) 27 bust, 33 hips. What are your measurements? Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I had some trouble this week. Went back to school and at school I eat school lunch, I think that's the problem. Schools don't make the healthiest lunches but I figured if I did eat that much of my lunch that it wouldn't be as bad, I guessed wrong. So I think I'm goin to start bringing a lunch from home. And for my exercise besides working extra hard at practice and walking to school, I'm doing sit-ups to help get rid of my belly fat, it's actually working. Maybe this can help some of you guys too!

wear a bikini,get a boyfriend,get any shirt i want,wear a skirt every once in a while, to sit on a guys lap instead of standing,rock a dress when i wear one.

live in fear of how my body looks,dread jean shopping.

be proud of myself,and truly look and feel beautiful.
How my life will be better if i do lose the weight...
i`ll get a boyfriend,rock a bikini,be a main attraction at the beach,be proud of my looks,flirt all i want and look good while doing it,I`ll rock anything thats on (or off ;) my body.

I am almost a size 10! so exicted! about that,next hopefully a size 6! Girls 18XL! girls sometimes I get discourged,but I don't let that get it in my way! nothing wrong having popcorn just have it plain with salt or without! my friend James,is happy that I made progess with my changed eating habits! I don't even bother with orange soda, I mean once in a while is ok! if you need tips.Im right on the borad!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 203 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - Well today I went out and I am very proud of myself! I didn't go crazy with the eating, I actually stayed on track. I went to the movies and had no popcorn, just water, and for lunch I saved half of my meal for later. I'm feeling quite happy with myself. Also, I've lost 5 more pounds!! Im that much closer to goal :D

Write down all the reasons that cause you to begin to stir and want to lose weight. This is just for you, so be bold and write everything down, even if it's very personal. 
Then write down- How will your life be better if you lose the weight? 
If you don't lose the weight, what are you going to miss out on?
What opportunities will you lose out on of you don't lose weight.
Now while I'm trying to lose weight I keep up on my diet for a week and one day of the week I have a cheat day, where I can eat anything I want. Just think about it. You eat healthy for a week and then on Saturday(or whatever day you want it on) you can eat anything you want. That really helps motivate me. Treat yourself!
