Ht. 5'5", Start: 287 lb, Today: 280 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - hvaent posted all week but im feeling really good been exercising every dya after school going from 430 to 830 and doing cardio swimming and playing raquetball my mom told me that if i get to 200 by the time school starts again she will buy me a whole ne wordrobe beause nothign will fit me but im looking forward to being a new and healthy me

I work out, I gain, I diet, I gain, I don't eat, I gain, I eat, I gain... NOTHING WORKS. please help me? Can you give me some tips? What do you do for working out?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 104 lb - I tried a few Mcdonal's frnch fries guess what? they were gross,, I didn't even like them,, I have a sweet tooth not a salty tooth.. I want to be a girls plus 14+16+ or 18 + is 118 pounds! 14 94-106 pounds. Can't wait for that!! I sadly out grew my Ugg boots size 9 womens it is furtiing I want to last on for serval years. Only a year.. Now I am size 10 boots.. RRR.. They so exvcine !! they cost between $170-$200 dollars. But can't wait for March why so I can get a new pair! of them in navy Blue! I hope my feet will srink as I lose more! if I get to 130 pounds they might! has anyone noicted their feet srinking? because I have heard that can happen.

so today was the start of Meg`s contest, im aiming for 140-ish.The reason i haven`t posted in awhile is my crush Michael moved yesterday and i was to depressed to do anything.im still very depressed. i left him a present+card in his locker (necklase+this key off my keychain he wanted!!!)he wrote me a thank-you note that contains his number!!!!! ive been txting him but his phone is turned off, so when i called him i left a voice mail.oye!he left unexpectidly between periods and i didn`t get my hug!!!! D': but ima get it weather i have to walk to him or not!(he lives like a hour-and-a-half away!!well ima fo b/c ima really tired soo byee!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 108 lb - YAY! Today is the start of Meg's 2 week contest! And I am on track so far. Going to my homeschooling P.E. class today. Walking and biking for 2 hours! So excited today! Going to try to post my meals and exercise everyday until the contest is over.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 155 lb - Hello, all! Here's today's eval. BREAKFAST: 2 eggs, slice of toast, 2 turkey sausages, orange juice. MID-MORNING SNACK: Apple. PRE-WORKOUT SNACK: Pumpkin Spice Clif Bar. POST-WORKOUT MEAL: Vegetarian, organic Mexican casserole. DINNER: BBQ chicken salad, tortilla soup, and garlic mash from Stone Fire. Oh, and 2 breadsticks. And Sierra Mist. Not my finest moment, I know. DESSERT: Homemade pumpkin cupcake (My mom's best friend wanted me to critique him, lol).
Exercise: GYMMM. 2 1/4 miles on treadmill. 1 3/4 miles without stopping :)) Then abs. Upper, lower, and oblique super sets, plank (front and both sides), and stretching.
My workouts have felt AWESOME lately. Dinners have been my low point.
I'm really excited to start the challenge tomorrow! I wish we could make some sort of competition out of it, with rewards and all. That would be so fun c: But for now, it's all in the good spirit of weight loss! Good luck. OH QUESTION -- is there some sort of competitive aspect about it? And how about we do weekly weigh-ins?

It is going to be hot I imagange by mid June!! in NJ. I am going to be in a BBQ mid June)July.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 108 lb - I think I gained muscle b/c I've been doing alot of step ups. So everything's been soooo challenging lately. My mom had like no time for me anymore (I kinda already knew that but I was extremely angry when she wouldn't even acknowledge me when I was asking her about my allowance). She gives all my allowance money to my brothers who do absolutely nothing to help around the house and I do EVERYTHING. Sorry about the venting session :(. Anyways, I'm all geared up for the contest tomorrow! 145 here I come! :)

Ht. 5'10", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 155 lb - Time for my daily evaluation. BREAKFAST: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 3 pieces of turkey sausage. MORNING SNACK: Sugar snap peas. PRE-WORKOUT SNACK: Pumpkin spice Clif Bar. POST-WORKOUT MEAL: Serving of veggie lasagna.DINNER: A few tatertots, 1 serving of edamame, and 1 serving of soy ribs (Morningstar). Along with some cooking snacks, such as a chocolate truffle for a treat, and a couple slices of turkey.
Exercise: I went to the gym. BIG NEWS- I ran a mile and a half without stopping today! Yayyyy. In total, I ran/walked 3.25 miles in 43 minutes, and I actually RAN 2 1/2 of those. Those are records all the way around c': Then I worked on legs- stiff leg deadlift, squat, lunge matrix, calf raises. Stretch.
I feel really good about my workout, and I am also okay with today's intake. Dinner was kind of heavy, so I'm full right now (I prefer being satisfied). But the rest of the day was great :}

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 104 lb - I haven't been to the doctors since October 2011. Govin, I lost some weight by cutting my portions size,and my computer time as well. I stoped snaking when I did not need to. I was told by my doctor 104 pounds is a healthy weight! Govin,, I also been doing the dishes , so that helps. I also drink water,,I cut things in half,, sometimes I will drink diet soda,but not to often. Govin,I reward myself with hair accessories,or shrits,sometimes, Lei is my favorite brand,or delia's I haven't been there lately,,I usually keep my calorie intake at 1408.Because that what my doctors recmmand.. sometimes I do jump rope..I wear a size 12 Juniours bottoms,, my goal is a size 3(4) or 1(2)=S Juniours.. XS is not always healhty. No don't aim a size 0 or 00. Becuase my cosuin is very skinny. She barley eats anything.IM jsut worried that she could end up belicma. She should weigh like... (view more)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 140 lb - So I have gym this semester as well as hockey practice. I think this will be good thing. After the season is over I usually just sit around, do homework, eat and read and it's hasn't been a good thing, so hopefully this will help me stay motivated to work out after the school year is done. I've been a lot better with my eating habits I've realized that I'm not really all that hungary all the time so I've cut back on eating a lot of unhealthy things like chips ( I have trouble with doritos and Cheetos) but I'm super happy that I'm hardy rating them! :) how is everyone??

This is Brittany Tacy. She's a fitness bikini model competitor. And I adore her body. She has the perfect amount of muscle, and I LOVE muscle- man or woman.
And second thing, I finally got new running shoes that hopefully won't give me blisters and will just be generally better:

Aren't they the cutest?! They were about $97 with tax, and I LOVE them. I did some research, and they're supposed to be really great. :))

Ht. 5'5", Start: 287 lb, Today: 280 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - hey guys soo im feeling so much better about this went nad got my gym membership today and i did 20 minutes of eliptical 20min of tredmill and 20 minutes of bike i fel so good after then i played 45 minutes of raquet ball and it was so much funn im going evey day after school for 2 hours and do cardio workouts! ive been eating cliff bars for lunch everyday just enough calories fat and protien for a lunch with 2 bottles of water and a really healthy breakfast and dinner well im doing really well so let me know how you all are doing plannin on posting every day :)
