Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 104 lb - I have been reading that obesty is in children-Teens,because they don't watch what portion size they eating and they aren't exicering outside much like they did in 1970's that is so sad.. I have some sucess stories Teens have lost weight and got to their weight goal and kept it off by keeping their good habits and bad habits gone..
Remember small portions drink lots of water.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 108 lb - Hey. So this is my meal plan for today and exercise :)
Breakfast - One of my sisters Special K Protein meal bars (SSOOOOOO good!)
Snack - Carrots and salad, no dressing
Lunch - 1/2 can Campbells Tomato soup, 3/4 cup veggie beef
Dinner 1 serving of whatever my mom makes
Exercise
1 hr walking my little chihuahua Mini
2 hours step ups while watching My 600 pound life or maybe Avatar instead (Tonight ._.)
30 minute biking with my sister Biancah
Water - 10 cups
I've pledged to only watch TV when doing step ups, thats like an extra 2 hours! LOL

I would be so exicted!! im still waiting for my double ching to transfur into a single chin.. I want my chenkey legs turn into healthy fit legs, and waist turn into a size Juniours 1!! Jeans, girls plus 18 0r 20 depends on my body frame and bone shape. My poor friend Justine is being picked on.. Because of her hight and being overweihgt or obses. I wish I could go visit her everyday if I could I would. My double chin is driving me nuts.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 108 lb - Okay.... so I guess the cake thing didn't work out :( We tried to take it out of the pan and it completely fell apart. We toke a box of honey Teddy Grahams and made a big blob of cake! Well, it kept me from eating any :)
1st week is up tomorrow!!!!! Losing and sooo happy :)!

I do want on her because she would give good advice for you girls that have so much trouble with bullying. Or stand up for yourself say I don't like what your are doing to me.. Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 143.5 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys! So, this week, I kind of struggled because I've been dragged down with schoolwork. I didn't excersize and I ate like a pregnant women. Even though I tell myself this everyweek, I'm going to do better this week. I think, my problem is that I don't eat breakfast. So, when i'm not eating in teh morning and I don't really eat at school, because I don't want to eat the bad school food, but by not eating all throughout the day, i'm so ravenous at home, that I eat the whole house! Plus, studies have proven that people who eat breakfast lose more weight. So that's what i'm going to do this week, and we'll see how it goes. Hopefully I lose a couple pounds! My new goal date is April 1st, Spring Break. I want to go to Panama City and look good in a bikini.
P.S- My mom bought ice cream today and i'm doing eveything I can to not think abou it. My weakness foods are ice-cream and chicken nuggets.
