Ht. 165 cm, Start: 66 kg, Today: 65.5 kg (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 55 kg - So its the second day of the 14 day challenge that I have set myself. I think that I'm doing OK! Good luck girls!  (Note: 165 cm, 65.5 kg is 5'5", 144 lb.)

Ht. 6'2", Start: 263 lb, Today: 263 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 220 lb - I am a senior in high school and the oldest of 5 brothers. I have always been overweight but only recently has it really began to bother me. I would definitely look to lose some weight before going off to college. I just do not know where to start. I know I am one of the few guys on here but I would appreciate it if you would help me. Is 220 a good goal weight? I am tall at 6 foot 2 so while it might seem heavy I think losing 40 pounds would help me. Or should I lose more? I carry a lot of the weight in my stomach and I have moobs. My waist is 40+ inches. I started to get worried because I found out I weigh more than my dad now who i always thought of as fat so to think i weigh more when we are the same height freaked me out. just help me any way you can. thank you.

( if the tenses of this don`t make sense its cuz im writing this at 1:00am lol)Day 1 of the M1.12challege (the first month of the year+the year=1.12 the m stand for meg btw lol)(haha meg ya like that lol) and i did OK i couldn`t full out exercise cuz i have to keep my hair very clean for later today(dying my hair).But after im done with that im going to just go nuts working out lol!i did go to the track with my weights though.UMM my sweets bannage didnt work so well,i had 1 hershey kiss and bout a half inch peice of candy cane lol.not a total fail but whatever! uuuh gonna drink more water (and i have 10 new years resolutions btw lol)
well im tired so ima go..

I haven't stuck to it through the hollidays idk y but I feel kinda crappy but I'm getting the wii fit plus anyone tried it I would really appreciate if someone told me how it is but I'm back and my new years resolution is that I'm going to stick to it this time with all of your guys help :)

I love it meat and Veggies <3 There's a pre-teen on this site who has lost 50lbs on it in 8 months it's really inspiring to me. Oh and I've convinced my mom and my sister to go on a Diet with me so hopefully mom won't be making cookies any time soon. Kay, Bye :D

Ht. 5'9", Start: 220 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - I've been feeling great and notice my arms and legs toning up. :) BTW girls if you want to strengthen and tone with out bulking up you arms try doing ballet workouts! Google them they are very tiring but will help you achieve slender, limbs that are also musuclar. :)

Some days you`ll be riding on your bike and glide right down the road with no problems,but some days you`ll hit that bump that knocks you clean off your bike into the pricker bushes,but all you have to remember is pain is temporary,the out come of your experence is worth it!Weather you fall of your bike and it hurts because you got knocked into prckers,or when working out get so hard and you dont feel like working out anymore,you just have to get up and say you can do it!
In case you may have forgotten your inspriation,or in case you don`t have one!

I kind of figured since it's a new year I might as well start fresh. I feel like this year is going to be big and I want to do my best to make sure it is. I would really appreciate it if you guys gave me some tips and advice on how I could reach my goal because I want to lose a whopping 50 lbs...I want to wish everyone a happy new year, because this is our year to make a change, I can just feel it! :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 151 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 108 lb - HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Feel much better today! Had 1/2 cup fat free vanilla ice cream yesterday but made sure to keep it in my calorie intake. Starting 2012 out right! I organized all my school books and cleaned out my bedroom, hung my weightloss calender above my bed along with size 7 jeans.
When my mom comes home from running errands I'm going to take my dogs Cheyeanna and Shadow Ninga for a 40 minute walk. All I have to do today is walk and do leg lifts!

I can't seam to get over the flu! I'm sicker today then I was yesterday. Can't wait for Meg's 2 week challenge. Setting my hopes high for around 4-6 pounds!
My new diet consists on 1100 calories per day, 20 grams fat, 25 grams fiber, 1000-1500 mg sodium and 5 tbs. sugar.
My new routine: Walk to my community park 3 times, 20 minutes step ups, 300 leg lifts while lifting weights, 10 minutes hard core strength training.
Happy New Year everyone! Don't give up! It gets easier and easier.
