Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Just did 5 sit ups without stopping the most exercise I've done in a year, I am exhausted but feel good about myself, u should all try it. The scales still say the same though, any tips?

Great job! It takes time for the number on the scale to change. Be patient :).
