How can i loose the flab or tighten the muscle on the inner thigh I have a lot of flab butthe outer thigh is more like muscle so any suggestions would be great.

I was thinking about having some eggs for breakfast, a smart ones for lunch, some airpopped popcorn for a snack and a smart ones for dinner. I would stick to the low fat smart ones, expect for one day I would chose fattier choices(i.e. the pizza or chicken and ham wraps), would i lose weight this way? or is that not a good idea! pelase hlep

i just went for a quick jog and it felt so good. i'm reallfy getting fit and to the point where i love how it feels to exersize. i was just itching all day to go jogging. i haven't been jogging for a while and i've been doing other exersizes like tae-bo. the time before when i went jogging i hated it but this time it was really relaxing and stress relieveing. i feel so good about myself now. i looked in the mirror and i can see defined upper abs- my upper abs from the waist up look great but i'm really having trouble with the waist down. i can't get that stuff off but i heard running gives you a flatter stomach so i'll jog again tomorrow and hopefully make a habit of it. if anyone has suggestions about that area it would be greatly appreciated!

im 5'2, small build and i want to lose a stone.any tips and advise. i dnt eat chocolate bt i love cakes and cream.im not overly overweight bt i feel i need to lose this stone.also have you got any tip on how to fim up those wobbly bits.

Hia, i dnt really enjoy exercise and afer a few days i jst stop.i go swimming 1nce a week and thats about it although i do walk everywhere.i jst lost a stone and i want to tone up now.any exercise ideas would be grateful.thanxx By the way, the slim fast diet is really good, i went from a size 10/12 to a 8/10.bt iv gt a flabby belly and thighs.

Ht. 5'8", Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Ok,i am a size 16 pants, 5 8', and weigh 230 lbs...does anyone have any diet-exercise ideas i am mainly targeting the stomach and thighs. i have exercises i do, sit-ups leglifts, and jumping jacks, but i need a diet i eat alot! when i'm bored, stressed, and whatever other reason you can think of and when i eat because i'm bored ii eat stuff like chocolate frosting, brownies, smores all that kind of stuff and i know i shouldn't! i am a REALLY BAD eater! IF ANYONE HAS IDEAS PLEASE HELP! my goal is to weigh 170.

i was just wondering. since im only up for like 12 hours a day and im on a 1200 calories a day diet would it be ok to eat a mcdonalds cheese burger? just one threw out the whole day. and it should equal to 1200 calories or less no? oh and im not starving my self i just usually wait 6 hours threw out the day to eat then i eat wait 6 more hours and go to sleep...i dont see nothing wrong with this...but basically what im asking is i can eat anything i want just as long as its under 1200 calories..right?

Today: 204 lb - I am going to Philmont in August, 2004. For those of u that don't know, its a huge hiking expedition for boy scouts. Anyhow, im in really bad shape right now (204 pounds), and i need to know how i can get fit for hiking. I really can't get up and run in the morning because i start school really early, but i'm looking for some good aerobic exercise tips that might help me become more fit. Thanks a bunch. --G3nius

Today: 173 lb - I just got done excerciseing I did really bad at lunch today but I will try and do better tommorrow and all so I am still 173 and trying really hard to loose the weight. I have swimming on wednesday and open gym for basket ball coming real soon.
