Ht. 5'2", Today: 134 lb (BMI %tile: 91) - Anne it seems that u are doing well with ur atkins but i heard that it cost 2,000 dollars and my parents would never go for that so can u email me with some effective excersizes and other stuff to help me lose weight b/c i am 5'2" and 134 pounds so if u could plz email me and ne one else that can help me at shooby_21@hotmail.comThanx soooo much

My brother is on atkins and it dosn't cost anything but the time it takes to read all the lables in the store. Your parents have nothing to worry about, theres no special food or anything.

it doesn't cost me a dime to be on the low carb diet- just groiceries. all you have to do is only eat 20 carbs a day- you can do this by eating regular foods but ruling out the high carb ones. i don't buy any of dr. atkin's stuff and i do fine on it. why would it cost you 2000???
