my boyfriend is 16, he is 5'6" and approximatly 250lbs. His waist has a 52" circumferance and he always complains that his legs ache. he doesn't see that this is due to his vast weight problem and he constantly eats high fat foods. How can i make him see this is dangerous, i love him.

if he constantly snacks- get him away from food like out in nature or something- and make it fun so that he doesn't think about food.

my boyfriend's getting a little bigger too and i know in the future it will hurt his health- what we do though- is find fun physical activities to do. we walk to the store or play this game called dance dance revalution- today we're going jogging. find ways to slowly introduce him into exersize- say that it's for you and make him do it too- but make sure it's someything you both can stick to and try to make it as consistant as possable at least everyother day...
