Start: 210 lb, Today: 199 lb - hey, im 14..almost 15, and wiegh 199 pounds....i know thats a lot, im just too lazy to do anything about it, over the summer i went on the Negative Food Diet for a week, and i went from 210 to 199 pounds..i just need to keep going...i dont know what to do..please help

EVERYBODY READ! I am 15 years old and I recently started doing Taebo. A friend of mine (who is 19 and in college) was absolutely DETERMINED to lose weight. So for about 3 weeks straight she did taebo Advanced twice a day and drank TONS of water (no soda or juice) and had slim fast ONLY when she was hungry. She would also eat salads and Special K and Gummy Bears for a snack because they are fat free. She lost 30 pounds in tha short amount of time but she worked out VERY vigorously. I wouldnt suggest doing that but I know how it is sometimes good to here of other peoples success to motivate yourself. It tells you how many calories you are burning for ur particular height and weight and for tha particular activity u are doing and for that amount of time! People can do the same exact activity for the same exact amount of time but burn different amounts of calories. The more u weigh the more u burn! This website can ALSO tell u how many calories u need to burn to reach ur goal weight by a certain day. Or how many calories u need to burn each day to reach that weight. It has a calorie calculator, a weight loss calculator... These sites are VERY motivating! I hope to have helped someone in some way. Good luck! (Also...I have been doing Taebo Advanced but when I first saw it I could barely make it thru 5 minutes. But I pushed myself and now I cannot WAIT to do it everyday. i have so much energy now. After doing the tape for only 5 days my thighs are A LOT firmer and I feel the burn in my arms, stomach and butt. Believe me it WORKS. Ht. 5'6", Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 115 lb - Hi my name is Marshall and I am really overweight. I am 5'6 and 160 pounds when I should be 94 to 133 pounds. Ht. 5'9", Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi Im 14 and am 5'9" 230lb. I need to lose a lot of weight. I play softball,soccer, and basketball. I found these pills called pedialean and was wondering if anyone had heard of them and if they would be a good idea. I've cut back on my food intake and lost about 10lb but after that stopped and havent lost any. any suggestions

Today: 163 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Hey! I really need your help because i am so overweight.I weight163lb. My goal is to weight 90-100 lb. I am so sick of the other kids making fun of me. people tell me dont worry about what they think but come on everybady cares what people think.And when i go to my favorite stores i looke at the clothes that i wish i coulde fit in but i just want to cry so hard because i want to where those types of clothes. But i cant u see i tried diets , they kinda helped but i really want to become active and exercise more. Everytime i do i just do it for like 5 min. then stop. I am so desprate to lose weight. so can u pleaz HELP!!!!!!
