EVERYBODY READ! I am 15 years old and I recently started doing Taebo. A friend of mine (who is 19 and in college) was absolutely DETERMINED to lose weight. So for about 3 weeks straight she did taebo Advanced twice a day and drank TONS of water (no soda or juice) and had slim fast ONLY when she was hungry. She would also eat salads and Special K and Gummy Bears for a snack because they are fat free. She lost 30 pounds in tha short amount of time but she worked out VERY vigorously. I wouldnt suggest doing that but I know how it is sometimes good to here of other peoples success to motivate yourself. There is a 21 day challenge for Taebo where u do some form of Taebo everyday for 21 days straight. If u skip a day u have to start over. I am on day 5 and starting tomorrow I am cuttin out all junk. Visit www.taebo.com and click on "Community Boards". There are tons of success stories and inspiration. Also visit www.caloriesperhour.com. This site is GREAT. It tells you how many calories you are burning for ur particular height and weight and for tha particular activity u are doing and for that amount of time! People can do the same exact activity for the same exact amount of time but burn different amounts of calories. The more u weigh the more u burn! This website can ALSO tell u how many calories u need to burn to reach ur goal weight by a certain day. Or how many calories u need to burn each day to reach that weight. It has a calorie calculator, a weight loss calculator... These sites are VERY motivating! I hope to have helped someone in some way. Good luck! (Also...I have been doing Taebo Advanced but when I first saw it I could barely make it thru 5 minutes. But I pushed myself and now I cannot WAIT to do it everyday. i have so much energy now. After doing the tape for only 5 days my thighs are A LOT firmer and I feel the burn in my arms, stomach and butt. Believe me it WORKS. I cannot wait to see the results I have by the time Christmas rolls around!)
