Today: 162 lb - hey i weigh 162 and you know what i eat rite and everything and i dont look fat like i look like a women with curves lol like my stomach doesnt flab or anything but the only problem is its my legs and under my arms i know yuck! i hate that! do you guys have any tips on how to help those areas? ive been doing cardio for like 2 months and i think its just making me get muscle on my legs i dont know whats happening lol like i wear a size 9 thats big for me what size do yall wear?? if you want to talk instant message me on aim or aol my screen name is XXSURFER89XX

Ht. 6'6", Today: 371 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - can any one help me i can't lose any weight. i've been workin out everyday of the week for a month and here's what i eat everyday a sandwich in the morning particly nothin at lunch and 3 peices of meat and 2 spoon fools of all the veggs at supper and i've lost nothin nothin at all and am getting really pissed off but some one help i weigh 371 and i'm 6'6 204 lbs of me is muscle but that leaves 166 lbs of fat please help me lose it

i was wondering what you guys thought of the atkins diet. do you prefer it over other diets? and also, if any of you can recommend any weight loss sites *especially for teens or atkins would be nice but not necessary*. thanks for any help! :-)

Today: 173 lb - Okay this past week I have done really bad and I just doubled my excercisess by doing twice as many of everything as beofre. I really am trying hard to loose I just need to cut down on the eating all the junk. Well thank you for all the support everyone has given me and I will keep you posted on my weight I am 173 right now.

I stayed the same weight since the last time I posted up until about two weeks ago. What I did was I unplugged everything in my bedroon except my alarm clock and my sterio. Everyday I'd plug in either my TV or computer and allow myself ten minutes with it. Cutting back on those two things really helped me. It made me either go outside for a couple of hours or get me to dance to songs that came on my sterio. I'm not a good dancer, but it still helped. I cut my meals in half and drank five glasses/bottles of water with every meal. If I had a snack I would have a small ammount of it. After every meal I would do 300 crunches and after every snack I would do 150 crunches. If I was at school I would do them as soon as I got home. In the last two weeks I have lost about eight pounds and my stomach muscles are getting stronger. You all can do it, I'm not sure if what I do will help anyone else, but it's worth a try since all you can loose is weight.
