Ht. 5'8", Today: 250 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey guys!! I decided to start a diet today. Im 5'8 and 250 Ilbs. If I stick to this diet without cheating I can lose 15 ILBS by november. Ill keep you guys posted on how my weight loss is going
