Ht. 5'7", Today: 250 lb - Hi! I am 5'7", about 250lbs, and 15 yrs old. I know this is really unhealthy. To improve my health and lose weight, I have tried to cut back on red meats, high in carb foods, fats and oils, and have drank nothing but water. The only problem is, I am very unmotivated, so I haven't made much progress. Now I am startng this program called Body Flex. It is a program where you take breathing techniques combined with a few little resistant exercies, and helps you lose inches faster and healthier. The proplem here is, i still have my motivation meltdown. But i am trying really hard to stick to it, and I will stay posted with my results to hopefully help anybody I can. I know I need it.
