Hey, some helpfuls tips u might like r some things that work for me., First like everyone says try to eat healthy salads r good but to be perfectl;y honest u can eat whatever u want just in moderation. That doesnt mean just enough for a mouse either though, a helpful tip is first eat ur body burns calories while eating so lets say u eat chocolate pudding it has lets say 400 calories verses a apple that has 200 calories it takes the body 100 calories to burn off the pudding and the same for an apple (just a estimate) well there ur left with 100 calories for eating a apple veres eating that pudding that u still have 300 calories from. So eat the right foods but if ur picky and dont like them dont stress its not ur only way. Work out reallyu heps ne thing u do thats active is burning fat. So get up and move keep urself busy. Walk u dont have to run so fast ur outta breath in 1 minute walk a nice good pace for a while i do 50 minutes but ive been doing it for two yrs now. Side bends really help with love handles and stuff if u have weights thats even better. But a tip when ur doing ne kind of streches or weight lifting first it doesnt have to be alot its not the weight u lift its the number of reps. Also its not how fast u go the slower actually the better let ur body feel what ur doing let the muscle work and strech and then release it slowly. Sit ups do help some but they r hard cuz u have to do it right, if u dont feel it then ur doing something wrong. You always want to feel what ur doing, maybe not the first five but u should feel it after about the 10th or 15th time. But the most important to remember the best tip i can give to you is never give up, dont let the fact u didnt lose ne thing for about a month ruin what u do. Always keep at it, and remeber that ur weight will differ u'll go up and down i went from 170 175 for about a motonth and a half before i lost another pound, and started going down again. Dont freak out if when ur dieting u gain a little cuz ur body does that dont give up. It's ok to treat urself once and a while also eat an ice cream reward ur body once every week or two weeks. Also one more thing, if you lose lets say 20 pounds well if ur not losing ne more after a while then pick up the pace it means ur body is use to doing what work out ur giving it it needs more, also the more weight u lose the harder each pound is to take off. but know it is possible and it doesnt take surgery or ne thing like that.
