Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - I was at the hotel near me, near by, I used the treadmill, and even lifted weights!! And jumped on the mat and bounced on the ball and rolled on it.. I was in the excriseing room for an hour!! and went swimming!!! in the pool... I know teens.. Treadmills cost so much money.. Unless somebody you know is getting rid of for free... They cost $500.to $1759 that is a lot of money, and a lot of us dont have a lot of money.. I have given up on treadmills.. It was instering I pressed the buttions!!! I was slow at first and then fast and then went faster!! I was sweating I mean it was such a great workout!!! I am still loseing weight!! I amlost pig out.. But did not I had 1408 calories that is the calories I need to lose weight!! I cant wiat when there is a day I reached my weight goal 118 pounds!!! I would so happy!! and healhty, and I would be able to run faster without running out of breth!!!... (view more)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 263 lb, Today: 219 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 210 lb - heyy its update time ! lol , well my scale has been playing with my mind i got on it today and it said 217 but then i got off and got back on it and it said 219 again =/ and i refuse to get on it again ! lol atleast for this week c(= , and im gaining muscles cause i and everybody else can see that im smaller but the scale doesnt wanna agree ! lol but i got to the point where im not rushing it no more imma just take my time , it took me almost a year to lose this much soo by nextyear i should be good :)))

Ht. 5'0", Start: 123 lb, Today: 116 lb (BMI %tile: 79), Goal: 100 lb - hi, I don't know if I belong here because I am not obese but I know I am a bit overweight for my tiny height. I hate my thighs and I'm trying to get rid of big thighs. cheers everyone and have a lot of motivation you are not alone!!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I think ive put on some weight ven though I havent weighed in. My belly is now hanging out of my size large shirt. Im obese and i cant even button my pants because of my enormous tummy. Im 41 inches around my belly now. Someone help me.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - It is very hot outside, now, I mean we are hiting into Summer now, I mean I know some of us have asumtha and other issues.. We need to eat less, and excrise more often.. I mean I used to sit on the computer for 3 hours.. Or watch TV for 3 hours.. It was a bad habit to delpoe in the first place..
We need to eat less and excrie and drink more water, instead of furit juices.. I dont eat much junk food.. My mom cooks healthy food I mean I know some friends who are raised on junk food. It is terible.. It is very sad.. Being so heavy is not very healthy.. We need to get off our backs and get moving..

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - It's going good. I started with walking, then speed walking...I tried to run for a few minutes the other day...my legs are feeling the after effects...ow. And now my legs hardly want to move! I'm two pounds away from having lost 20 pounds, so excited!!! It's nice to know that I can actually lose weight. I love exercise, not just because of how it makes me feel but it helps me make healthier choices when I eat, because I don't want to just waste all that time I exercised to satisfy a momentary pleasure. I hope all is going well for all of you. I'll update when I hit the 20 pound mark!! :)

Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 175.6 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 170 lb - i was doing pretty good but now i gained back :(. these past couple days i've been eating so bad! eating ice cream, chips, fattening breads, donuts, etc. idk whats wrong w me! if i keep this up i will gain back all the weight that i tried so hard to lose! ughhh this is very stressful... anyways hope u guys r doing well

im 14 years old going on 15. im insecure about myself due to the fact my friends are twiggs im sure uve all had the feeling when ur ugly and you just wish you could walk out in life completely. i try not to tell people how i feel becuase they always tell me im not fat im just chubby or need to get toned. this year i learned not to care as much what others think nut in the back of my head i hear a voice tellin me your ugly and fat just stop trying. just know you should never let anyone hate yourself because of who you are, be and love yourself because no one can change you but YOU!!!!!!! love yourself cuz you will always be you. <3

Eat 85% lean meat, if you are not a veagtan. Eat vetables, soy beans, furit, for veagtans.... For meat eater, eat 85% lean, eat a lot veatables, and furit, drink one glass of 2% milk, and orange jusice, grpaefurit juice, strawberries, oranges, pineable, mucles. crabs, lostber, shrimp, fishes, veatenas, eat a lot of veatables, and veggie buggers, no meat, salds, no meat... have eggs, eat whole wheat bread, touf. Rice...
