Ht. 4'11.5", Start: 151.8 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 100 lb - I lost 6.8 pounds!!! Here's what i did
stretches
10 pushups
10 situps
walk for 30 minutes
i did that in the morning and at night and lost 6.8 pounds in one week. Please post here!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 230 lb, Today: 206 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I GOT this... i hope i wasnt doing so well, but tomarrow i start i will get back on track. I will start jogging tomarrow morning, cause i recently went cyber. im hoping i can hit 205 by monday!! im going to do my 200 situps a night like i used to and my cheerleading stretches, and i should be okay. I got this lol!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 265 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Well, technically, I'm obese. I have been almost all my life. Docs say I should be at least 135ish but any way I'll be glad to be 200. The last time I was there was probably when I was 11 12ish. So far I lost about 10 pounds, just by eliminating all 'bad foods' and exercising for about 15-30 minutes a day. Good huh?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162.4 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 150 lb - I lost .8lbs this week. not too bad all things considered. It is Mardi Gras down here and all. by goal is to be 160 flat by next monday :D i'll keep ya posted.

Ht. 4'10", Start: 200 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I can't believe how much weight I lost in just a week!?! The only thing that was done differently was the way I ate. I changed what I ate at home making it healthy and when I was with my friends I ate a minimum of food. Throughout this whole week I wasn't really paying attention to how I was losing because I was so focused on work, school, and etc. So my thought is... If I could lose that many pounds in just one week with out exercising, how many can I lose if I exercise and eat right? Week 2 of my new life. I do hope everyone else is doing well. =)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 225 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 225 lb - I used to use this site for weight loss help and such, but over the past couple of years I've actually become pretty ill. I gained a lot of weight, which at this point I will not be able to lose (on a lot of medications that cause weight gain, as well as more often than not so stiff and in so much pain I can barely walk, so eating right alone isn't enough, and nothing else is currently possible for me). It's really hard to deal with, especially the lack of control. I can't remember a time when I didn't feel like I was too big, but gaining 100 pounds in four years due to things that came with me getting sick (which comes with a plethora of other challenges as well) has been more than a little difficult for me. Despite it not being any fault of my own, I do get made fun of for it. And it's just hard to be heavy, period, in today's world. I can never find clothes that... (view more)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 227 lb, Today: 227 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Its horrible, Ive been doing horrible with eating. I just about about 800 cals worth of multi grain cheerios- not counting the milk. Yes i ate most of the box. I was so bored that i couldn't stop, i also binged on some girl scout cookies and 6 cheese sticks. I don't know what to do, and as hard as i try to push the water i can't get past 6 cups of water, it just starts to make my tummy bloated and hurt. Is that bad? Do you guys think i will be able to drink more as time comes? I sure hope so. I aso havent lost anything, which i expected, but im just so disapointed in myself.

LAst year, I weight 131.6 pounds. Now I am in seventh grade and weigh 151.8.I need to lose weight before summer starts, and my clock is running out. Ht. 5'4", Start: 189 lb, Today: 189 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 135 lb - I haven't been on here in forever! Well for a sad update I've lost weight then put it back on...then lose then gain it back. It's finally gotten to the point where I am sick of this diet roller coaster and I think I'm ready for change. My Grandma is taking me to New York this summer and I really want to be skinnier by then. I'll be sure to update as often as possible and hopefully we'll all do well on our weight loss adventures!!!
