Ht. 5'8", Start: 265 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Well, technically, I'm obese. I have been almost all my life. Docs say I should be at least 135ish but any way I'll be glad to be 200. The last time I was there was probably when I was 11 12ish. So far I lost about 10 pounds, just by eliminating all 'bad foods' and exercising for about 15-30 minutes a day. Good huh?

great job now kick it up a notch to 1 hours of fittness, and youll be at 200 before you know it!! :)

We are almost the same weight, Im 178cm/117kg (5,10 - 260) I try lose some weight from March 1 and during this time i lose the first 7 pounds (3 kgs). My goal is to be 200 before this summer. No coke, no fast food and 1 hour running daily.
