Ht. 4'10", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - Hi! I have done this so many times over the years but this time I am actually excited about losing weight!?! I don't really know why I am this time around... I guess its because I'm starting college real soon and I want to go in looking new... I think another part to is it because... The worlds different when you on the other side of the wall... I want to be on that side. Not being ashamed of who I am and how I look... I want to be happy with how I look... So I need to become healthy... My family say they don't care how I look and they love me but its hard going through life when ALL of my friends are skinny twigs and running pass me in life... Ht. 5'6", Start: 255 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I'm SO sick of being so fat. I hate looking at myself in the mirror, and I hate seeing the stretch marks on my stomach. I hate when people touch me because they are just touching fat. I want to be able to shop where everyone else shops and hang out with them and never have to worry. I need some help. I would absolutely LOVE to have someone I can keep in touch with girl or guy, but that is my age to help me out and help me feel better about myself, but also back me up and support me. I'm using an app on my iPhone called my personal fitness. I track all of my foods on there, I'm putting myself on a 1200 calorie a day diet. I'm doing it that low because I can't really work out right now. I tore my ACL, MCL, and Meniscus about a week ago. Now I am in Physical therapy and having surgery soon. I REFUSE to gain weight while I'm not on my feet. More than anything, I want to feel beautiful. I want guys to see me and think I'm pretty. But I want to feel beautiful for me. Please help guys </3

Ht. 5'7", Start: 650 lb, Today: 650 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 500 lb - Ok so i am very very very fat. i have 650 lbs of it, maybe more but my scales dont go higher. I need to lose a lot of weight and i need help. I cant get out of my bedroom coz the door aint wide enough. I need help!!! My doc says i could have a heart attack at any moment.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 177.8 lb, Today: 177.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 138 lb - So I started my weight watchers 3 days ago but I haven't been following it that well. My plan allows me to eat alot and I took FULL advantage of it today and even went over. I want to be in the low 140s by birthday which is in May. If I continue on the path I'm on I probably won't be alive in 20 years and I want to live a happy and healthy life. I've said this before but it's official it's time for me to change.Wish me luck, adavice would be greatly appreciated :D

I have slowly been learning to eat more but i am now obese. I don't want to become anorexic again but i need help in what diet to choose. Please help!!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 150 lb - Like many of you, I have struggled with weightloss my entire life. I attended Camp Shane which is basically a fat camp and lost 15lbs! It was really hard to keep off after leaving that environment and needless to say i put the weight back on in only 2 months. :( i'm back at it again tho. This time i'm not gonna quit. I recently signed up with a personal trainer and have been eating right, but there are still those times when i allow myself to eat things i shouldn't because it's the only way for me to stay on a diet.
Another thing i'm doing differently this time is that i am only weighing myself once every month because i'm tired of not seeing the change i feel like i worked hard and deserve. Everytime i start the weightloss process i want the pounds to shed away quick, but i know this cannot always be the case.
This site always helps to motivate me, so your comments are GREATLY appreciated.
I'll let yawl know my next update on March 1st!

Ht. 5'10.8", Start: 183.4 lb, Today: 182.6 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 172 lb - ehh its been a month n i only lost .8 lbs. its ok bc i kno what i did. i ate rlyyy bad and many days i wouldn't exercise... but i rly hope this month i will lose weight. this is the last month of basketball for me so about 12 hrs a wk of exercising will be cut. n i hafta find time to exercise on my own. neways good luck u guys!!

And now today is the second day school is closed. And since there has been at least 1 snow storm every week and we've had no school those days, they're going to take away half of our april vacation. That sucks.
But I've been sticking to my diet and I got past the first two days. I hope I make my goal by prom which is June 10.
