Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - This Saturday is going to be tempting me... There is going to be a lot of food there at my niece's 3 brithday party... I mean I have to eat to live, but not to much that I gain the weight back, I have srank a size down in Juniours now Im a L, instead of xxl... nope I only have two sizes to go to be in Juniours s!!!! That would be awsome and would be easier to find clothes in the Juniours, I wear kids plus, that is the only sizes I can wear, because of my bulit in body, I want to 118 pounds by August!!!! that is my goal right, now!! I know that is pretty crazy.. I only get grilled chicken I take the skin off and give it to my dog or throw away in the trash... What I mean is I eat less, I dont eat large portions of food anymore, I only eat small portions. I dont drink much soda, I drink soda If I get a really bad minegrain... I drink more water now, Orange juice, Strawberries.. I eat furit, not too much junk.. We need to only take small portions. Not large ones..

Many people don't think so but soda can be addicting. If you go a while after not drinking soda (if you regularly drink it) then that migrain you get could be a sign of withdrawls, especially if you drink caffeinated drinks. The headaches tend to stop after a week. I don't drink soda anymore. The phosphuric acid in it robs your bones of calcium, so I decided to quit drinking it because I know that my teenage years are the best time to build up strength in my bones.
