Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - I Was at luch with my friends and with mothers. My brain wanted me to have frinch fries. I told myself I dont need frnch fries, I can live without eating them.. It worked.. I was so proud of myself That I did not eat the frnch fries. My male friend asked me if I wanted any, I said no thanks.. I felt good of not having the frnch fries, it was at MCDONALS. I listend to music on My new I Pod Touch!! I said to myslef I got better things to do while just siting, I was like no food when I am full.. I asked the teens if they wanted to try my I Pod Tocuh out? they said we are ok.. I said that fine!! with me.. And I have more engrey to run now!! I ran into the doors!! I was like slow down.. It was crazy.. I am a fast runner!! I am still trying to get the weight off. If you have an issue with frnch fries and other junk. I said no to that stupid junk, stuff. I walked around!! until we had to leave. I walked at Borders for a while.. I have to say they are shuting. The entire chain is shuting down. Teens if you like going to Borders well by the end of Spetmber they will gone forever. Go there now.. It is shocking. If you teens, have an I Pod, or I pad, I Pod touch. I just got mine Saturday. The alumbs are a good price $9.99 or $7.99 or $4.99 For the less tracks.. My favorite song is The Power of the Cross if you a christan young man}young woman or a new christan.. It makes me cry.. We all mistakes of our eating habits.. And regrert it.. I have regrets.. I have done last year... And my old ways of eating are wrong.. Do not do it.. Just sing if you have the talnet to do, once I am collage one day. I will join a singing traveling group of course at a christan collage!!! in my brith state.. I never want to be 157 pounds ever again.. not healhty.. I tell my grandmother who lives 12 hours away 157 pounds is not healthy. For my hight body .. And frame, bones.. I always try to fix things that break... My grandmother said I am like my grnadfather who always tried to fix things.. Yes I like fixing things.. I fix my computer viress.. Several times.

I was running with the kids today.. Crazy, 4-6th grade kids.. I did volly ball and frisber.. With the kids. My chruch has been doing something for the kids for 10 years now. It is still going since 2008.. VBS.. I am very active with the kids and I am a leader. I looked at the pictures from last summer. I looked at myself a mounth a go. And even Yesterday. I was like I looked like a cow in the pictures I was the fat girl.. I look at them I hate them.. I do not want to go bakc to that path.. Now, I have come so far, and I srank from XXL Womens and now L in tops and bottoms!! I was so happy. And I was like wow you are a new Jessica!! and I want to be the totally new Jessica!! and I want to be a good example to overweight kids and teens.. And once I complate my goal!! to 118 pounds I would be totally brand new. And fat girl will be gone forever.. And trust me, I am not giving up that goal!! and boom!! I even had only one Tacoc!! for lunch today with my mom. Soft tacoc chikcen. Low calore!!! less fat.. and no chesses!!! just lecte and tomatos.. And trust me , I dont like frnch fries from MCDONALS or their bugers.. And they are nasty.. Yuck not even their breakfast.. Nasty.. I only eat their salds that have grilled chicken I do try to be carefull.. What I order.. I mean I am trying to reach my healthy weight goal!! and 118 pounds is good for my body type, frame, and bone type.. And my doctor said 118 pounds is a healthy weight for my body type and my bones.. And trust me it took me a while to get down from 157 pounds. I keep forgeting about the scale.. I want to be a helathy 16 year old!! I run faster. I havent ran that fast since summer 2006!! Now it is five years later. And I can run faster like the wind.. I do cartweels at times!! I do recmmand Tic tacs. They are less then 2 calores they are good for weight loss!! there are many favlors big pack. They are not that exavpeness!! try them out.. I like them a lot.. Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 172.4 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - I was kind of discouraged. I just got back from a trip to New York City. I think I walked 25 miles on that whole trip but I did not eat good. I gained 3.6 pounds! But I figured I just gotta move on and start fresh so I can lose those 5 pounds by August 9. Wish me luck!

All my clothes are now a little snug on me now. My stomach measures 44 inches around. You can see my tummy stretch marks and my thigh stretch marks more whick is embarassing when I wear my bikini. Any tips?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 151 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - Ugh! I look really fat now. Im not sure of how much I weigh but my stomach and thighs have gotten really huge. I cannot button any of my pants over my belly. If I do the buttons look like they are about to pop. I cannot wear a large button down shirt because if the size of my belly. The buttons will pop on that. I feel horrible when I wear a bikini. My stomach jiggles when I walk. I eat healthy and exercise alot but I keep getting bigger and bigger

I had very little, food, not much, I am sweet 16, I am a woman now somewhat, in two years I will be condersed a grown up.. I am makeing progess loseing weight, and I did play games at my party.. It is ok to have soda on your brithday party, dont worry about it, as long you are having fun on your party. That all it matters.. I like my new body now, I mean I can run faster, I do not run out of breth so much.. I even tried my summer clothes from last summer a go.. They are way to big.. I am now 16.. No longer 15.. Good bye for ever.

You will feel good and good as new, I changlled my teen friends,to a race for runing.. We did a whole lap the four of us did it together, as a group.. I manged to finsh it.. And let me tell you It felt good to be able to run faster!!! I started to cry . I was like havent ran like this in a long time.. I took my flip floop off.. We ran for 3 laps.. It was so much fun.. Hey teens, I mean that is a fun excirse to do, with your friends, good way to burn calories.. I am very active teen.. I will run any where!!! I am a fast runner!! I can run a whole lap now without running out of breth!!!! me and a bunch of teens, run .. A lot.. I know it is crazy,but it is better then eating when you get emotial or bored.. Dont eat when you get that way, do something fun in the summer heat. Now.. Wear a hat, sunscren, and sunglass.. I hope to have encouged you guys.Bye My last time posting Jessica 15.
