BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170.4 lb, Goal: 135 lb - So I'm kinda sorta gotten paranoid about getting enough calcium. I'm in the process of weining myself off of caffeine and all sodas in general and eating calcium dense dairy products and taking a vitamin D pill. I found this article about getting more calcium and thought it was very informative. I thought maybe somebody else might find it useful too. Have a good week everyone! http://health.msn.com/health-topics/osteoporosis/10-sneaky-ways-to-boost-calcium
