Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 135 lb - K, I'm dead serious about this website goal. Here's what I'm gonna do. I'm going to shoot for a minimum of a 5 lb weight loss by August 9- a month from today. Anyone who would like to join me may. I'll keep updates if you will! :)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 225 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 170 lb - YOU GUYS. I used to come on this website ALL THE TIME when I was in middle school. Seriously, if you go back in the Pre-Teen boards and search my name, tons of posts from me will come up. I just spent the past 20 minutes reading them over, and I'm pretty disappointed and sad with myself. Little Julia wasn't happy and wanted to change her life.. change the way she saw herself and the way others saw her as well. I feel the same way 5 years later. This is a huge wake up call. 5 years ago when I was worried about looking "good" for my first day of middle school, it seemed like the most important thing to me. Now in a month and a half I'll be going to my first day of senior year. I still have the same mindset as a pubescent, wheezing 13 year old. Ht. 5'1", Start: 165 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 115 lb - okayy so does everyone like this website?? I am neww at this.. but so I am trying really hard to lose weight. but I have been on a flatline for a couple weeks. I don't gain but I don't lose either. Any suggestions?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - i got on the scale today . . . i weight 204 ! yayyy which means 4 more pounds to goooooo !!!! and its still early in the month !! ohh yeahhh :D , i think im doing a great job (^-^) , even when people say negative stuff like "you dont look like you lost any weight" i dont feel any type of way anymore , cause they dont matter ! its your body not theirs, always remember that :))your the one working hard while their just sitting on their butt watching you ! thier not working out HARD and changing their eatting habbits YOU ARE ! so stop listening to what people tell you about YOURSELF , i love all of you and i believe you can do it just take it one step at a time :D

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 135 lb - So, in my last post I said I wouldn't post again until I reached my 20 pound goal weight...well guess what? I reached it!!! I feel so good and re-motivated to keep doing better! Sometimes I feel like I'm making no progress but then I see pictures of myself at 190 and look at myself now and can I just say I look freakin' hot! Haha! Anyway - I was thinking that we could have like a website wide goal. 5 lbs. And have it completed by either this time in august or at the end of august. It depends on what y'all think. If no one wants to do this with me that is fine! I think it would be great if we all shot to lose 5 lbs and encouraged each other along the way with tips, advice, and motivation! Let me know what you think, like when we should start it and when we should end it, or how much weight to lose, I think this could be fun :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - I am a really fast runner. And I can even tie my shoess without going out of breath anymore.. I even found myslef my clothes when I was 165 pounds a year a go.. XXL Junours are way too big on me!! I can almost fit a Medium Juniorus and Womens M. And I have two sizes to go to be a Juniorus S!!! I went from XXL womens now I wear a L.. I want to be a size 6, womens.. And Kids plus size from Gap, Sears, JcPenny, Khols.. Depends on the fiting.. Gap dose seem to have odd sizes on kids and Juniours.. I would go size up for somebody like my niece's age. Becuse they grow like weeds. I went to put on zip up hoodie light blue I put it on last night. I can get my arms out losely!!!. I feel a diffternce now in my clothing..

Ht. 5'2", Start: 190 lb, Today: 179 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - Hey, it's Jasmine. I went 2 the doctors, and I actually found out I only weigh 180! I am so happy, because i am closer 2 reaching my goal! Im drinking water all day w/ veggies, fruits, and lean meat.

He told me I look good, had lost some weight! I ate only one cookie, and only a hambguer with ketacup or none. Very tiny amount. I had a glass of water and ice tea, helahty.. He is encourgeing to keep going he told me not to give up, He is supporting me!!! having someone will to encourge to keep going, for your weight loss..

Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - woooowwwwwsoo i was just looking at some post of mine from last summer andd i'v made so much progress ! :D that makes me even happier !! about this time last summer i had 110+ pounds to lose to get to 150 ! now i only have 60 more pounds :) i dont not caree about what my "healthy weight" is ! it doesnt really matter as long as im LOSING weight and looking good :) , from now on im going to update with ONLY positive things nothing negative ,, and like i said IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN DO IT ! :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 160 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 135 lb - Hey! I want to lose weight because I've been the fat kid since 3rd grade. My friends mom is a modeling agent and said that I have a pretty face and I could model if I lost weight.Here is a guide to figure out how much you should weigh according to height:
start with 100lb for the first 5 ft and for every inch add 5lb so if you are 5'5 you'd want to be 125lb for example.
When you are hungry drink water because sometimes people mistake thirst for hunger and it will fill you up. My cousin was anorexic and she taught me a lot about weight loss. Even though she wasn't right to stop eating I learned a lot from her. I hope I can go back to school a new me this year!
