Ht. 5'2.1", Start: 190 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - Hey guys! i lost a pound, only 1 though because i gained 2. i have been drinking some crystal light and it's not that bad for you. I had a slice of thin crust veggie pizza with pepper flakes and evoo for dinner last night, with a small side salad! i'm hoping 2 be healthier by september 6th!!!

Thanks Jessica, but I am not aiming for 118. I know 145 is a big enough challenge itself. I only want to become healthy. And besides, your BMI does not calculate muscle percentages. I am very strong and athletic. For my age, 145 is what I am aiming for because i want to be healthy, not skinny. 118 is unrealistic.

Jasmine it is a changlle, to lose weight.. You are almost tall as I am.. Keep going with the weight loss.. I believe you can do it... That going to take a while to reach 145 pounds.. I would aim 118 pounds.. mini goal 175 pounds. Just keep excirsieng and you will get more muscle. And replac fat.. You will nocite the difftens in your sotmach,, back, neck, and arms.. And trsut me you feel a lot better..
