Ht. 5'1", Start: 165 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 115 lb - okayy so does everyone like this website?? I am neww at this.. but so I am trying really hard to lose weight. but I have been on a flatline for a couple weeks. I don't gain but I don't lose either. Any suggestions?

Challenge your body in new ways. Do exercises your body isn't accustomed to. Increase your water. If you divide your weight in half that's how many fluid ounces of water you should be drinking. Cut down on snacking. Or just eat fruits/veggies as snacks. Cut out one carb a day. These are just a few suggestions. Your body may be getting used to what you're doing so you need to challenge it.
