~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'm leaving for fat camp on sunday. I am so excited! I really hope to be down to 160lb when I return in August. Then I am giving myself until new years eve to be down to 140lb. That way I can use January thru May to loose my last 10lbs before summer! I have been motivated in the past and i have lost a total of 60lbs in 3 years, but i always loose 15-20lbs at a time and put all that weight back on. It's hard to get motivated to start again, but I feel camp will make things a little easier to get the ball started. When i get back from camp, I only have 1 week until school starts. My plan is to run/jog 6 miles for that week. When school gets back in session, my plan is to run 2 miles before school & 2 miles after. On the weekends I would like to run 6 miles a day. Jogging/Running is my favorite type of fast result excersise. I am really hopeful and truly believe that this senior year in high school is where i will change my life forever! Thanks for reading, BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE STRUGGLING.
