Ht. 5'7", Start: 232 lb, Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Wow I haven't been on here in a while. So here's and update. Instead of getting a gym membership my dad bout a treadmill, a bike etc. Soo I'm going to be on those for a HOUR a day. Also, I'm trying to get into dance. And I'm joining a sport this school year. As for food ALL I drink is WATER hands down. I eat fresh fish, vegetables, boneless skinless chicken breast, egg whites,etc.
