Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I was at the hotel near me, near by, I used the treadmill, and even lifted weights!! And jumped on the mat and bounced on the ball and rolled on it.. I was in the excriseing room for an hour!! and went swimming!!! in the pool... I know teens.. Treadmills cost so much money.. Unless somebody you know is getting rid of for free... They cost $500.to $1759 that is a lot of money, and a lot of us dont have a lot of money.. I have given up on treadmills.. It was instering I pressed the buttions!!! I was slow at first and then fast and then went faster!! I was sweating I mean it was such a great workout!!! I am still loseing weight!! I amlost pig out.. But did not I had 1408 calories that is the calories I need to lose weight!! I cant wiat when there is a day I reached my weight goal 118 pounds!!! I would so happy!! and healhty, and I would be able to run faster without running out of breth!!! I would be healiter!!!!! I would no longer be fat means ovberweight... Being overweight is unhelahty for anybody... I am concred about my health well being and my life... Teens and kids say they want to be overweight think again, your health, life, and well being , self eastem.. We need to think about before we eat so much food and get over stuffed... That very unhelahty.. Think about what it will do to your body..And there is meorey loss if so much obesty... That gross,, I mean we need to think about how it will effoct our clothing size, and how much servings for meals.. I mean do I need such a large portin? if the anwser is no.. Take a small portion... I mean if you do get a large portion eat half of it and take of it for the next day.. I mean we need to be carefull with calories... I know what it was like to have to much calories I stoped that back 2 weeks after Winter started since this past Winter I been waacthing what I order while eating out... I hope you teens and kids do the same thing as well.. I hope to have helped. Jessia 15..
