Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - Tomrrow I am going to be at my just turned 3 year old niece 3 brithday party.. I used to eat and eat at family parites, I take small portions, I am a bit nervss of overeating there tomrrow afternoon wish me a good time.. This is going to be a test for me..
Any ideas I dont overeat? I am really nervss and scared..

If you want to stop over eating in general a little trick is to always drink lots of water-ALWAYS. Take a small bit, put down your fork or spoon and take a drink of water. Everytime you take a bit, take a drink of water that way you get full faster and eat less calories.
