Ht. 5'4", Start: 125 lb, Today: 125 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 90 lb - hey everyon im 11 years old and am over weight my weight doesnt bother me that much because i tell myself ill grow out of it and its just a passing phase but my friends tell me girl you need to loose some doesnt bother me because i know its true but all my friends are skinny and wear 2 peices when we go to the pool and i wear a one peice looking like a fat blob of human and i really want to loose wieght

Ht. 5'1", Start: 120 lb, Today: 113 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 90 lb - I used to eat quite a lot ( I still do :S ) but I stop my cravings by drinking water and eating non-calorie-dense foods: foods that don't have many calories per gram :P

Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 100 lb - Does anyone know how to lose weight. I am kinda stuck in a trap where i overeat and then feel guilty and then undereat and then overeat etc. I eat around 5000 cals a day and i have recently been gaining weiight. I wanna stop this now b4 its to late. I also do swimming, running, gymnastics, or cycling forr at least an hour each day

Ht. 4'6", Start: 21 st 6, Today: 17 st 1 (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 7 st 7 - i am a ten and am obese.i come from a slim family so when we have photos i look very big.i cant buy clouse from places like new look or topshop i have to get them made i cant run fast and i get picked on.i just dont have the will power too lose wieght.we get lesson on your health and we have our bmi took .then split up to groups.i am all ways having too go to the nuse and they give a long talk.they send a note home saying that your child is very overwieght but i keep them hidden.i feel like i am a child who wants to jump about but is coverd in fat.i am on blubber buters chat.i am under holly 10.please leave me a mesage if you r obese or have lost wieght i would do anything to shop at new look.  (Note: 17 st 1 is 239 lb.)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 165 lb, Today: 161.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I come from a pretty... large family. My mother has to weigh over 250 lbs and my dad probably weighs in closer to 300. I try to eat somewhat healthy. For example, my typical diet includes a drink with nothing but fruit and vegetable juices and vitamins for breakfast, for lunch I have half of a salad [my school has somewhat large salad portions] and a few saltine crackers, and for dinner I have a serving of meat, 1 to 2 servings of vegetables, and a starch or two. My snacks usually include spinach and/ or carrots and a little ranch dressing. I don't usually exercise on a regular basis, except for my walk home from my bus stop, which goes down 3 streets. I can't fit into normal clothes because most of my body fat is in my stomach. It's HUGE. Normal clothes don't fit me because of my weight, so I can't shop at normal stores that teens and preteens do like Aeropostal or ... (view more)

But the friut sounds good and i really should be eating more of it and less pizza. Thanx again! :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 164.5 lb, Today: 163.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - I am 12 years old and obease.... at my school if your not skinny you get made fun of.. ALOT.. so I started working out today and I lost 1 pound.. I know it's not that much but its a start right? Anyways this is what i did!
50 Leg Lifts Each Leg
30 Situps
30 Jumping Jacks
5 Sprints
10 Lunges
20 Minuets of walking
5 minuets of straight running
Then When I was done I drank 3 bottles of water so i wouldn't be as hungry at dinner. Then I ate A spoonfull of rice, 4 pieces of sesme chicken, 2 spring rolls (all veggie spring rolls) and i had a glass of iced diet green tea... We had Chinese Food for Dinner. Hope this Helps!

I'm a swimmer and I don't mind being in a speedo but when we sit down to have a team meeting i get fat rolls and i get sooo emdarresed! and I haven't had a good swimming time for a long time and this is because of all my weight It's soo annoying! And I have haven't had a boy friend in a long time and I think it's because of my weight. Sometimes i just want to scream! Do any of you have a diet that works?

I used to live in Los Angles, and seeing all the skinny celebrities and friends kinda tore down my self confidence. Then, a few months later, I moved to the Virgin Islands. Here, at least 99% of my friends are skinny. Whenever we go to the beach, I'm the only person wearing a one piece:( I want to lose weight for 1 reason. Every year, we have a Middle School Dance. Well.....everyone dances kinda slutty and there is this thing called grinding that they do. The boys only grind really skinny and pretty girls. I WANT TO BE ONE OF THOSE GIRLS!!!!! I realized what my problem is. At school, I ask for food from other people. So, I'd eat stuff like juice and cookies everyday. I don't drink a lot of juice anymore( like,a glass a month) but I'm trying to quit my cookie addiction. I'm Weight Watchers and I lost some weight. Wish me luck and leave comments<3
