Ht. 5'4", Start: 135 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 120 lb - Ok so sorry I haven't been on here in a while.
It's just that I thought i weighed 300lbs, turns out i had a broken scales.
Im down to 140lbs again and I'd like to lose 20lbs by May because I have to go to a wedding, and I weigh alot more than the Brid-to-be. Could someone, anyone give me advice because I'm still paranoid that I'm fat
I'm also looking for a weight-loss buddy. Anyone interested?

Don't worry! I weigh 160lb, and I'm paranoid, too! I'm 10, and I think you should relax! I'm 10, and I weigh more than you! (No offense!) So, please, take my advise! It's the inside that counts!

Don't feel so bad, I weigh 1 pound less than you do, and I'm nine. I could really like a weight loss buddy, and you are perfect. (Also because I want to lose 20 pounds like you.)wou I'm going on a diet pretty soon, and all we have to do is eat a little bit of the food pyramid each day. (example: Breakfast would have cereal with milk. Lunch would be turkey sandwich, orange juice, and carrots. For supper, you could have lightly buttered toast) I also suggest keeping a food diary. If you eat at school, go to your school's website and print out a calandar with what you are going to eat, and what day. I hope this helps!
