Ht. 5'5", Start: 9 st 5, Today: 10 st 5 (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 10 st 0 - Ok, so I've been on my holidayy, and during that holiday i got up to 11 stone. But i lost the weight and i am back down to 10 stone 5lbs. I am starting an excercise reigime and eating plan soon. How can i talk to my parents about my weight???  (Note: 10 st 5 is 145 lb.)

Ht. 5'1", Start: 8 st 7, Today: 8 st 7 (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 7 st 0 - Hello im melissa and im nearly 13 too. I am overweight and i really dont like it, i have tried eating less and lots of exercise and nothing seems to be working, could anyone maybe give me a few tips, to try and loose weight as i hate it in school, because i feel really embarresed because all of the other girls are really skinny. Please reply, oh yeah and this is my first time on this site, it seems awsome with lots of tips to help. Thank you xxxx  (Note: 8 st 7 is 119 lb.)

It's like I have no control. My mom never lets me go outside, and so I'm always really bored. Then I get hungry. And hungrier. Well, I think about eating the food, and then it makes me hungry. Then I eat. And eat. And eat. Help!

It's just that I thought i weighed 300lbs, turns out i had a broken scales.
Im down to 140lbs again and I'd like to lose 20lbs by May because I have to go to a wedding, and I weigh alot more than the Brid-to-be. Could someone, anyone give me advice because I'm still paranoid that I'm fat
I'm also looking for a weight-loss buddy. Anyone interested?

I have low self confidence because of my body. What makes it all worse is that i have lots and lots of friends who are skin and bones. Its not fair. Im comparison i look like an elephant. My goal weight is 110. I was 110 in 5th grade. Im currently 140. Yes, i know 30 pounds in 2 years. Thats alot. Im not proud of it. So i need some support and any tips that you guys have. It is greatly appreciated. We can all reach our goal if we work together<3 of course i need somewhere to start do any weight loss tips and meal plans that have worked for yall would be amazing! MORNING
stretch
20 pushups
20 situps
walk for 30 minutes
NIGHT
stretch
25 pushups
25 situps
walk for 30 minutes
I did this 4-7 times a week and just simply ate less calories. Here is what i usually eat:
BFAST a bowl of cereal or a poptart, a glass of orange juice or water
LUNCH a sandwich, sliced cucumbers, a glass of water with ice or a soda
Dinner some meat, a fruit, and a serving of vegetables, and a glass of water or orange juice
I feel great and I am going to keep the wight off! I cannot believe that i lost the weight. Sorry that i have not posted for a while

Ht. 5'1", Start: 107 lb, Today: 115 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 105 lb - Ok, i havent posted in a long time for fear of my weight. I gained 8 pounds since I last posted. I ate two double Mickey D's cheese burgers, 2 small frys, and a milkshake within 2 days. Yesterday I ate 3 helpings of parmesan spirals at school, and today I drank 2 chocolate milks and 3 helpings of chicken nuggets. I know this is bad, but I just cant help myself. I always have an urge to eat more than one helping of most everything I eat! Please comment.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 125 lb, Today: 125 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 90 lb - hey everyon im 11 years old and am over weight my weight doesnt bother me that much because i tell myself ill grow out of it and its just a passing phase but my friends tell me girl you need to loose some weight...it doesnt bother me because i know its true but all my friends are skinny and wear 2 peices when we go to the pool and i wear a one peice looking like a fat blob of human and i really want to loose wieght

Ht. 5'1", Start: 120 lb, Today: 113 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 90 lb - I used to eat quite a lot ( I still do :S ) but I stop my cravings by drinking water and eating non-calorie-dense foods: foods that don't have many calories per gram :P
