Ht. 5'3", Start: 137 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 100 lb - this is what i usually eat (minus the bnges):
Breakfast- Fruit and hot chocolate
Snack-bidcuit/more fruit
Lunch- sandwhich and bag of crisps
Snack- chocolate
Dinner- Main meal(curry/pizza/past- all homemade)
Can anyone see how i can change the way i eat to avoid binging as i have ripped 6 shirts and gained 5 pounds.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 137 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 100 lb - OMG!!! I had a massive binge. I ate 8 mince pies (300 calories EACH) then I ate a family sized bag of Doritios and then two packets of biscuits. This was followed by pizza and Ica cream for dinner. I'm soo FAT not that i burst my top. HELP!!! HOW DO I STOP BINGING??? PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!

if i don't exercise much, i eat little.
if i eat a lot, i exercise alot.
i used 2 b the kind of person hoo would eat junk food the rest of the day if i did something, like, eat a donut 4 brekfest. but not anymore

I looked at the measurements again and my waist is 40 inches instead. My belly bulges over my pants. I feel like an enourmous elphant. Please help me.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - it's me again. i haven't been exercising at all lately, only bingeing on chicken nuggets and oreos. worst of all, now that winter break is coming soon, i'll probably won't exercise at all. ONCE AGAIN, I NEED HELP!
PS. i will transfer to the teens board in about a month.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 163 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Hey,I'm 12 years old and I have just ended a quater of gym. And when I took the fitness gram test I was really really angary with myself I thought I could do better but I don't have any upper body strenghth and I'm over weight I wight 163 and I dnt like it. I don't look like I am but on the inside I am please help. My mom doesn't know I want to lose weight and I don't want her to know.

This is my first post. I hate my life and I gained about a stone in a year. I'm quite tall but I'm so FAT everwhere. I'd like to lose a few stones but that is really hard as I don't have very strong control over what I eat.

Right now I am overweight and having to diet it is really hard being the fat one. I am active but I eat very unhealthy. my mom helps me all the time. She is worried that I will get diabetes on her side. my mom, grandma, and great grandma were overweight but my mom and grandma lost weight but sadly diabetes took my great grandmas life.
