This makes me verry sad and I Realy want to lose weight. It's actualy noticeable. I Realy don't have time to exersize because I'm up till 10 pm doing homework. Also, it's hard to eat right when my dad dos't have alot of money. Usually for breakfast it's either a convinience store colache or a greasy taco. I'm in 6th grade.before this locker room dilemma I though it was normal to have a lump of fat hanging over you.I'm verry embarraced and I desperately want help. And yes, it IS noticeable that I'm fat. My BMI is 94 and I need to lower it. (This is my first time on this website)

I lost 14 lbs and now its back but i won't give up. I'm gonna redeem myself with a bottle or 2 of water with lunch. Wish me luck!!!!

Now when i have meals i could separate foods into catagories that are on the pyramid to watch what I eat. I hope people try this! I was 158 in the summer, and then at the beginning of the school year, i had a physical so i could try out for volleyball. I was happy because i was 156 at the physical, so i was TERRIFIED of the test in P.E. I thought I would gain it all back & more. But, it turns out, I lost 14 lbs since the physical. But still being at 142 I'm considered overweight. :( So it would be awesome if I could have so motivation from people who ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND what I'm going through. Please reply back!!! :)
