Ht. 4'9", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - Hi I am new here. Would like to find a buddy to talk to about ways to lose weight. I been doing Zumba like 45 mins or a hour and yesterday I walked around for 2 miles. I try not to eat alot but it would be good to have someones advice. Most my friends aren't big so they don't understand me. Hope everyone has a nice day. Thanks

Ht. 5'3", Start: 10 st 5, Today: 10 st 5 (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 8 st 0 - hi i desperatly need help i am so fat for my age.i cannot fit into kids clothes i take an adults 16 and even sometime 18 that is ginormous .my belly hangs over all of my pants were i fasten them i often need to un button them i have had a lot of embarrasing moments in m y lif e and this is one of them right it was p.e day and i had forgot my p.e kid i was usually allowed to take notes but no i had to borrow a member of my classes spare.p.e. kit it was terribly imbarrasing tying to get it on the shorts would only go up to my knees and the top arms split when i trye to get it on another im barrasing thing is i have to have a special chair cuz i nearly broke a plastic one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i hate myself
if i was thin i would look good cuz i used to e thi and i looked really nic  (Note: 10 st 5 is 145 lb.)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 155 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - I hate being overweight! All of the kids at my school are so skinny, and I feel left out. Whenever anyone plays something that requires running or whatever, they don't let me play because they say it is "To hard for you (me)". UGH!

Ht. 138 cm, Start: 78 kg, Today: 77 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 50 kg - hi :) guess what I've lost 1kg and im really happy but now i miss food soooo much . I have been trying to walk more apart from my legs rub together to much and I have been eating a apple instead of a biscuit but I really want chips soooo bad even though I cant have them . I've also been going swimming even and trying to ignore the mean comments that people say. Its  (Note: 138 cm, 77 kg is 4'6.3", 169.756 lb.)
