Ht. 5'4", Start: 202.6 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - YES!!!! I just did 20 minutes of exercise, and had a really healthy lunch (carrot soup with cucumber) and now this! Even something so small, I feel super motivated now! My goal bye the end of next week is 194lbs. (apparently at the beginning of weight loss, it comes off quicker) WISH ME LUCK AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!
