Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 90 lb - im super fat my friends say that im not that fat,but if you saw me now, any way my parents always take me out to eat on sundays i go to fast food places,and my mom always buys me greasy hamburger i asked if i could get a salad andd she said no what should i do about my weight?

Abby tell your parents, don't you want me to loss weight hundreds of people die from heart attacks and other things from gaining so much weight. Eat healthy and get plenty of exercise also don't starve yourself.

eat less everyday so that you will have enough calories saved up so u can have than occasional burger! do plenty of exercise to make u go from obese to a normal weight the healthy weight! undr no curcumstaces must u starve yourself as it accually makes u gain weught! if u starve ur body will turn anything u may eat into fat instantly so u will increase your weight very quickly! DONT STARVE!
