Ht. 148 cm, Start: 50 kg, Today: 43 kg (BMI %tile: 68), Goal: 30 kg - Guys I am having a problem last week I lost 4 Kg's and now this week I gained 1 Kg guys help I can't resist all the cookies mayonnaise and nuggets and all that stuff  (Note: 148 cm, 43 kg is 4'10", 95 lb.)

Ht. 5'4.3", Start: 202.6 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - I'm joining a soccer team in May. It plays two times a week, outside right up until summer break. My only problem is that I really don't do well in new places and with meeting new people. I always feel super self conscious. But my hope is that I could at least be at 175 lbs by then. I lost 10lbs in 2 months so I think I could almost lose 15 lbs in about 3 months if I try hard.

Ht. 4'10", Start: 168 lb, Today: 251 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 99 lb - I haven't been on for a while and I have I mean abt a year and abit and I have gained nearl 100lbs and it has gone straight 2 my bum tighs and belly :( all my cloths are now tiny on me I hate looking the mirror I'm in bad place I eat then feel to embrassed to go outside to excerise bcoz of the names so I eat more I think I need professiol help as I think I have somthing wrong with my heary as I get very very bad heart burn from walking from room 2 another I live with my brother and I never see him due to his working hrs so I don't think he has reaslised but I don't wanna be FAT 4eva
Any1 got any advice

Ht. 5'3", Start: 168 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - 12 is the oldest age here, and 14 is the youngest age on the teens board, ah well. So I want - and need - to lose weight, I'm bullied for it every day, I'm called fat of course, fatty, whale, and crude remarks are sent my way every day. Now, I'm not telling you guys a sob story, the whole point of this was to come here and give you some background information, and that I want to lose just 28 pounds - the equivalent of 2 stone. Just so I can get to 10 stone, my comfortable weight. I've started going to the gym twice a week because I'm busy every other day, but so far I've not noticed anything, probably because I keep eating sweet foods...help?

Ht. 5'4.3", Start: 202.6 lb, Today: 189 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - I've gotten to 180's now. It's still 189, but this is amazing to me. I weight 182 before summer break last year. And then I started gaining weight like crazy during summer when I was feeling depressed for a month, and it really scared me. But now I'm here and I'm so happy. I'm hoping I can be close or at my goal for my 13th birthday in September, so I'm working at it. I'm going to be on a cruise from the 6th to the 14th, so sorry Buds if I don't post for a while. Ht. 5'1", Start: 142 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - Hello everyone. I'm Katie and im twelve and recently ive started getting a bit worried about my weight. Ive been pretty much averae for as long as i can remember: until recently that is. The thing is i do a lot of gymnastics but recently the group i was in had to close down for three months because the person who ran it got ill. Now it's started again though and i went for my first session back today. First thing i noticed is that my leotard was too small for me. Way too small. I got it on because its stretchy material but it was realy tight round my belly and it was uncomfy everywhre else. Then when i got to the class i couldn't do any of the activities! We did star jumps to warm up but i was really worn out by the end and i couldn't do a handstand or the climbing activities anymore.

I need to lose weight because I know myself I need to lose weight and I get bullied at school. One time the second biggest bully in my school said that I looked like a constipated whale and I said something back and he banged my head off the wall(he's got a really bad temper and I'm not being cheeky but the the biggest bullies are the really fat people and I know why they bully people its because their bullied by the skinny people)after he banged my head off the wall I punched him and I'm the one that got in trouble with my friends because it became a fight with his friends and mine so I don't really want anything like that happening again so please help me xx:/  (Note: 11 st 0 is 154 lb.)

Iʻm in 5th grade. This boy just moved to my school, and I am starting have a crush on him. Itʻs the first time Iʻve ever really liked someone.Whenever i'm anywhere near him, I get so nervous that I don't act like myself. But, he doesnʻt even notice me. Ht. 3'2", Start: 100 lb, Today: 100 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 85 lb - hey guys! :D i just wanted to share with you a couple of my tricks ;) and delicios healthy foods: first off cheese and grapes,triscuits (not to many theese are only to replace the chip eating), plain greek yogurt (super healthy and so many combinations,nuts and honey or dipping sauce for carrots or other veggies) little baby carrots (trust me there delicious)exercices and activities (during the winter mounths): join a house league team (i'm in basketball and i abosoulty love it) if your to shy try and convince a friend of yours to come too! (twice the fun!)in phys ed class pump it up another level,with me the teacher always asks us to run 20 laps around the gym,but i never count i jsut run till he gets fet up and tells me to stop (remeber this might not be the same case for you,babysteps,we don't want you having an asthma attack in class) and lastly know your limit,this one is always hard for me because i have an older brother and he's so much better then me in anything,don't let that hurt you,stay strong <3
