Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 100 lb - Does anyone know how to lose weight. I am kinda stuck in a trap where i overeat and then feel guilty and then undereat and then overeat etc. I eat around 5000 cals a day and i have recently been gaining weiight. I wanna stop this now b4 its to late. I also do swimming, running, gymnastics, or cycling forr at least an hour each day

Well, it takes 3500 cal. to gain a pound, so in a month, you would have gained about 43 pounds in a month. Try asking your doctor about how many calories an average person your gender, age, and height is supposed to eat every day and then eat foods that have healthy calories, not mcdonalds bigmacs and stacks of pringles.
