It's just that I thought i weighed 300lbs, turns out i had a broken scales. Im an overweight preteen. I need help. I feel terrible about myself. I have low self confidence because of my body. Here is what i usually eat: BFAST a bowl of cereal or a poptart, a glass of orange juice or water LUNCH a sandwich, sliced cucumbers, a glass of water with ice or a soda Dinner some meat, a fruit, and a serving of vegetables, and a glass of water or orange juice I feel great and I am going to keep the wight off! I cannot believe that i lost the weight. Sorry that i have not posted for a while

I gained 8 pounds since I last posted. I ate two double Mickey D's cheese burgers, 2 small frys, and a milkshake within 2 days. Yesterday I ate 3 helpings of parmesan spirals at school, and today I drank 2 chocolate milks and 3 helpings of chicken nuggets. I know this is bad, but I just cant help myself. I always have an urge to eat more than one helping of most everything I eat! Please comment.
