OK so i blew becoming a vegetarian. I relized how much more i was binging on the very few foods i could eat and was never satisfied at the end of each meal. Now, although there is that tinge of guilt for not helping the animals (lol the sounds geeky) i relized my body was more important so here i am again eating healthy and hopefully start losing some more weight! Here's my question: is too much sleeping(like 12 instead of 9 hours) bad?

i Haven't seen ym doctor yet (i do friday) but after 5 days of 'preperation' (slowly dropping meats and dairy) i am ready for today, my complete day of being an ovo-vegetarian. here's my meal plan for today: breakfast-maple brown sugar(i know it seems like alot ot of calories but it isn't) oatmeal, 1 plum, glass of calcium fortified orange juice. lunch-toss salad (no dressing) with 1/4 cup of sun flower seeds, 1 hard boiled egg white, water. snack-1 apple with 1 tbs of peanut butter, glass of calcium fortified orange juice. supper-1/2 cup of macaroni noodles, 1/2 cup of fat free tomatoe sauce, water. toss salad. In all there is roughly 26 grams of fat, 1100 calories(give or take a few),and 40 grams of protein (i know i am still under) and 1100 millagrams of the given 1300 millagrams. how do u think this is?-once i go to the doctor i will have ideas to make it more high in protein and calcium

i had bad luck. no new clothes for me. I at least want a hot outfit for my first day of high school....or maybe when i diet better in the school year i should get more clothes

hey guys- i suggest making every meal count nutritionally. such as- if you want eggs- only have egg whites, it's where all the good stuff is and it's a hell of a lot less calories. also- get into nuts. peanuts and flaxseeds are great sources of fiber. today i'm having for breakfast: 4 egg whites scrambled, 1 tbspn jelly, 2 tbspn flax seeds- this makes for 180 calories, 4 g fiber, 17.4 g protien and only 18 carbs and less then 240 sodium. plus- there's a lot to it and it tastes great. what i had for dinner the other night that i made was really delicious: 1 chicken breast, 2 tbspn flax seeds, cambells cream of mushroom soup- this was only 302 calories, 5 g of fiber, 30.7 g protien, only 13 carbs- granted, it was kinda high with sodium, but that should be expected when using soup- it was about 930 soduim. oh and another thing is popcorn comes in snack containers now. so you can buy just a ... This is to everyone that asked me how I lost 4.5 pounds this past week. I just ate 1200 calories 30 grams of fat and did cardio for 40 minutes everyday. There was also someone that asked if you had to be overweight and you don't because I am not that overweight anymore. Only by about 15 pounds. I have been following this plan for awhile but the week before I cheated alittle bit(shhh!) Anyway good luck to everyone.

protein shake-210 1 scrambled egg-80 15 grapes-30that's what ive eaten so far today...and i havent had dinner yet (which i am planning to have a stoffer's lasange - 370 cals) how does that sound?? any suggestions...also i did 60 lunges, 500 crunches, and im gonna run 3 miles tonight...when its not so hot!) do you think ill lose weight like this?

Good news...I'm 128.5 so I'm still on my way down. Only 3.5 more to go for my school weight loss goal. my main goal weight is 112-117 but I want to be @ least 125 by school. I hope everyone is doing good with their weight loss and stuff.

hey guys, i am going to the beach on fri fo three weeks, i have been doing really well counting calories, but i know i won't be able to do that there. i still need to lose weight. there will be so many cravings, i just hope that i can pass them up. and tips would be greatly appreciated. thanks so much!!!!

Hey Jasmine here. I am 5' 4" and weigh 140 pounds. How can i lose at least 20 pounds fast. My family makes fun of me because the say im fat. my brother always calls me fatty and says i look like a pig. how can i lose weight fast and a lot. I want to be like the people on tv and the models. I try doing sit ups but it doesn't work. Can u guys help me? i have a month to lose weight and look great. Help?

well i did pretty good today! i had a bowl of raisen bran for breakfast/lunch ( i woke up at 2, lol) and then we went to the store and i baught some candy dots (only 180 calories for the whole pack, i know its not great but yeah)and then i had a stofer's meatloaf and mashed potatoes (350 cal) and then my friends were over and we made smoothies, but we didnt have any fruit so we had to make this powder artificial stuff and i had two cups so it was probably like 500 calories! so tell me what you guys think, was today good or bad?

I am so depressed. I just got back from vacation and I was so excited because I worked out a lot during it and ate pretty healthy for the most part (well kinda). So I stepped on the scale. I have actually gained a pound. I thought I might have lost 1 or 2 but I gained! I am so sad. I don't know what to do. What did I do wrong? I feel so terrible. I just hope that all you guys are doing much better than I am at the moment. Have a great day.
