This is to everyone that asked me how I lost 4.5 pounds this past week. I just ate 1200 calories 30 grams of fat and did cardio for 40 minutes everyday. There was also someone that asked if you had to be overweight and you don't because I am not that overweight anymore. Only by about 15 pounds. I have been following this plan for awhile but the week before I cheated alittle bit(shhh!) Anyway good luck to everyone.
