well i did pretty good today! i had a bowl of raisen bran for breakfast/lunch ( i woke up at 2, lol) and then we went to the store and i baught some candy dots (only 180 calories for the whole pack, i know its not great but yeah)and then i had a stofer's meatloaf and mashed potatoes (350 cal) and then my friends were over and we made smoothies, but we didnt have any fruit so we had to make this powder artificial stuff and i had two cups so it was probably like 500 calories! so tell me what you guys think, was today good or bad?
