protein shake-210 1 scrambled egg-80 15 grapes-30that's what ive eaten so far today...and i havent had dinner yet (which i am planning to have a stoffer's lasange - 370 cals) how does that sound?? any suggestions...also i did 60 lunges, 500 crunches, and im gonna run 3 miles tonight...when its not so hot!) do you think ill lose weight like this?

That's a lot of crunches and lunges... you should do less of them and add in more variety to work out different muscles but so that you burn the same amount of calories. You actually only need to do about 20 to 30 of each thing, but you can do 2 or 3 sets of 20 or 30 of each thing. That could add up to 80 of one exercise. If you only work out certain groups then your body won't be very balanced and it could be bad for your posture.

hey...emily...lol i use this protein powder from forever lite, my grandma orders it from somewhere and gives it to us, but i have no idea where but ill try to find out. their pretty good and their really healthy!
