Every time I try to start a diet, I end up giving up on the first day. OK. That's it. I AM going to go on a diet tomorrow an I AM going to STICK to it. WHO BELEIVES IN ME?

ok well i relize i was exersizing to much...burning 3300 calories a day...if i eat 1300 calories and burn 2863 is that better then before?

Anyway, I want to thank you all for posting you health tips. If I had never came to this site, I don't think that I would have ever started a diet. Actually, I am starting tomorrow and I am hoping to lose 50 pounds or more! So thanx to all who posted thier stories about how they lost weight and who posted some GREAT tips. Much luv. XOXO, Katie

omg ok i weight 230 pounds and yesterday at our school play (well we have a very old gym) but i feel threw the floor(it was old wood) and i was laying down in the floor belly up for all to see while they riped apart the stage to get me out. then the next day at gym a couple boys took a belt put it around my neck and made me walk around the play ground on all 4s like a cow and then they had me go up to the girls and start mooing and then they made me hump the ground and make moaning noises and if i didnt they were going to beat me up.

Hey everyone. I really need your help. When you are on a 1200 calories diet, can you eat anything you want as long as the calories all add up to 1200 or less?

is sugar free gum good to chew when ur hungry????? i knmow alot of people who useed it when dieting and they fought alot of cravings.

wow! that Calorie counter is so cool I played tennis for a hour and i lost 651 cals with out knowing it! plus i walked a little bit.im kinda hungary right now, ive only had ate 300 cal so far today.I didn't know this board this fast replays fast! its my first time here.

I LOST 3lbs!!! At first I thought it was water, but today I ate SO much and I weighed myself after dinner to find that I'm still 3lbs below my heaviest weight. Thanks for all the support, guys! I no longer really have a "goal" for summer...I'm just going to LOSE AS MUCH AS I POSSIBLY CAN!!! ~~MissyK~~

Hi, i did a diet in feb. and lost 15 lbs but i got off it and gained it all back. i just havent had any motavation to start again, ive tried about 5 times but i dont know what to do. i think im gunna try a 1200 cal diet and exercize, if i am 5'6" and 225 lbs will losing 25-30 make a difference in my appearence.can i lose that much b4 the end of august? i need help seriously! anyone wanna be my motavation/diet buddy? please help!

I heard the Yolk on the egg is good for you in helth class the actual egg part isnt that healthy...but there good for you!!! GOOD LUCK ALL!!

ok everyone whut i daily ate today..........breakfast=2 pieces wheat toast with peanut butter on it, snack=2 fruit snacks, lunch=1 hotdog on a wheat bun with nothin else and a slimfast, snack=a few sips of diet pepsi, dinner=a bean burrito with water and carrots............ For excercise I did 4 sets oof 25 crunches each, 40 leg lifts each leg 20 both legs together, went on a walk(not sure how far but i felt it in my legs),went out ran back and forth on my driveway and dribbled a basketball around and practiced dribbling the basketball. That is everything I did today and ate I guess the food could of been better I ate 2 much and shouldnt of had sips of pop or the fruit snacks and then it would be ok but i guess I did enough excercise for today and may end up doing a lil more like maybe some more toning excersiese or jump roping. Well good luck to everyone. And hope ur weight comes off for when u want it to.
