ok well i relize i was exersizing to much...burning 3300 calories a day...if i eat 1300 calories and burn 2863 is that better then before?

hey i eat like 1000 calories a day i think (that's how much i usually eat) and if i exercise 1 hour a day i lose about 3 pounds a week, pretty good huh? maybe u could try that! email me dancergurl14@comcast.net

it will take a lot longer ot lose wight....i need to lose 25 pounds in 2 months so that mean i need to lose 3.125 poubnds a week...so if i eat 1300 calories and work that of plus sum more i can acomplish my goal....im not becoming anarexic dont worry

maybe even less like 1500 so it will tie up to 1200 calories that ur eating

that's still close to 3000 so u should try to do atleast 2000 but no more. when u exercise a lot u get hungry so be careful about that. eat enough!
