I LOST 3lbs!!! At first I thought it was water, but today I ate SO much and I weighed myself after dinner to find that I'm still 3lbs below my heaviest weight. Thanks for all the support, guys! I no longer really have a "goal" for summer...I'm just going to LOSE AS MUCH AS I POSSIBLY CAN!!! ~~MissyK~~

Two weeks...but I cheated 4 out of 14 days. Breakfast: Whole wheat bread w/cream cheese, fruit. Lunch: sushi or soup noodles or white rice with teriyaki chicken (basically,for lunch I had Japanese food) Dinner: white rice, veggies, any kind of meat Snacks: 2-3 fruits or yogourt Exercise: walking at least 1 mile a day, 50 crunches before bedtime. I wasn't this good EVERYDAY, as I did cheat occasionally with starbucks frappucinos, chocolate bars and fries. I guess I could have lost more. Oh well...still happy! ~~MissyK~~
