Can anyone tell me how to do the atkins diet w/out paying for special stuff on websites and stuff? everyone says it works good and i think it would work well for me! ( as long as i can stay away from fresh baked bread and butter slathered baked potatoes :))

Today: 238 lb - hey y'all well I'm kind of new at all this...... Well one of the main reasons I'm writin' well cuz i think y'all know its because i'm overweight i weigh 238 pounds which is alot can you all help me with this i want to lose as much weight as possible before feb please help me....... like some tips on how y'all lost a bit of pounds or some excersing tips could help me a lot!!!!! i want to improve my self estem and stop being the laughing stock of the whole class thanks.

I want to lose about 35 pounds necause last summer I just wore a 1 piece bathing suit and for next summer i wanna wear a 2 piece.
