Hey Guys! This is by far my best week for weight loss! Last week i was getting very depressed because i wasnt losing as much because i wasnt running(but i was still exercising)... But now im really excited for homecoming and to meet my goal!!(150!!!!) I have a really super pretty dress an awesome date, and i would feel sooo good if i met my goal and was 150 lbs for the dance!!!! i think that will be a big milestone for me, and i might cry!! lol Ive always been overweight, and that would just be ahh!!! lol i CANT WAIT!!! so keep up the good work, andi just thougtht i would tell you a little about my week! lol ttygl! okay my bday is in 5 days and i am really trying hard to loose all the extra fat i have a to become real happy with myself. if any of u would like to give me advice please respond. I have been doing fairly decent today but i still get those cravings for junk at lunch so i eat it so I guess I need help with that well im off to excercise so see yall later

Today: 67 kg, Goal: 52 kg - Hi guys I weigh 67kg I eat healthy breakfasts and dinners but I think my weak spot is morning, lunch and afternoon tea I pack healthy lunches but I always go to the canteen and buy junk how can I stop I can't resist I also want to loose 15kg by November (at most) but I just can't seem to I swim 2-4km 5 day's a week in 1-2 hours I need Help  (Note: 0 cm, 67 kg is 0'0", 148 lb.)

hey yall im confused about something and i was wondering if yall could help me with it....ok well i have read alot of posts even though i havent really posted much...and they say if u eat every hour it can speed up ur metabolism and if u dont eat every three hours ur metabolism will slow down and u have a risk of gaining fat because ur body thinks u are starving ur self or something like that.... and people say only eat at meal times but here are my meal times 6:30 am 10:30 am and 7:00pm and i dont want to gain any fat because all of my hard work over the summer will just be for nothing now that i have started school its harder to keep up with things if any of yall have any info to unconfuse me please do thanks luv lily

yuck- i hate all this jiggly stuff i seemed to have accumulated...sigh...i just have to keep going. if you stick to a diet long enough i don't think i could stop really- i mean i have my bad days but i always get back on track. it just seems so distant and dreamy to think that i could be 6 sizes smaller...

I exersize alot. Since I play soccer I have practice every day and every other day I have to run at least 2 miles. The only thing is that I watch what I eat at scholl but when I get home since I'm alone all i do is eat. It not really unhealthy stuff but still I eat alot. But do you think because i exersize so much that it doesn't matter?? And if it does can somebody give me some tips on how to control my hunger!!????!!!! THANKS!!

Ht. 5'5", Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey, I am 13 5'5 and 180 lbs!! I am worried about getting diabeties and I hate being so overweight. I am not haveing problems in school or anything, as a matter of fact I am one of the most popular girls in school and I have a lot of friends! I feel like I have some of the best friends ever and everyone likes me and I have lots of guy friends but none of them like like me. I know its beecause I am overwight. My sister is super thin and my mom is a fitness instructer and I weight 6 pounds more than her and she has tons of musles! I have tried so so so many diets and none of them work! because my computer won't accept cookies,i can't reply to anything.but to the persons message below mine;i know what you mean!!you should try atkins.i know ppl are going to attack me but it IS healthy! first of all atkins is good because it has no sugar.when you eat sugar,your bloodsugar rises producing insulin.and bam like that you pack fat. ya know all those packages labeled'lowfat'?well there packed with sugar and carbs which is VERY un healthy
!!the ppl of france a few decades ago ate lots of stuff like cheese and meat and they had the lowest heart disease rate in the world!!!now in america,with the lowfat craze ppl are dying of heartattacks,diabbetees and many other obesity related diseases.im trying to save you ppl!!!!before you argue with me reasearch this then come talk to me and we can argue!!ive done akins and now im 100 pounds lighter and healthier then i have ever been in my entire life!!so there!

Today: 210 lb - I dont know what happened. Over the summer i was bored and i snacked a lot. I weigh 210lbs now! I came back to school and it seemed everyone in my class lost weight. I was the only one who got a lot fatter. Everyone keeps making fun of me and one kid told a teacher to see how fat i was and kept pocking my stomach. My swimming program was canceled this year and that was my activity. Ive noticed i get out of breath by just climbing the stairs and that my appetite has gotten bigger. I eat a meal almost inbetween meals. I cant stop my cravings. Please help in need advice despratly!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 120 lb, Today: 128 lb (BMI %tile: 84) - Hey, im 13, 5'3 and i gained ten pounds over the summer, i was 120, and now im around 128. I've been trying to eat better and excersize more for a few months and i really havent seen any results!
